Wonderful get-away!

This is a great place to stay for a get-away time! The it's small but well laid out and the high ceilings give it a much larger feel. The place seems newly done-over and it's spotless.

A few relaxing days in early July

The loft was very clean and modern inside. We enjoyed having our meals on the deck, with a nice calming view of South River. The owner was very flexible (e.g. check-in time) and easy to communicate with. Beware that the kitchenette is small (not much room to cook if that matters to you). I personally would prefer having a firmer mattress, but others may disagree.

Another lovely stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this lovely location. The views and location did not disappoint. The apartment is small but exactly the right space for a short Annapolis mini-break. Perfectly located for a lovely day at the Renn Fest, a wonderful dinner at Mike's, and an excellent day of boating through Annapolis's many waterways. The nights were quiet and the mornings were peaceful. Just a lovely weekend. Thank you!

Property was nicely decorated, kitchen furnished (no stove, but an electric cook-top stored on top of the refrig), comfortable bed, bathroom clean with plenty of hot water for showers, TCL TV, internet, etc. Owner happened to be there and was extremely helpful and friendly. Would happily rent again when we need something in this area. Google maps had a little difficulty with finding the turn into the area, but once located it is an easy in and out by car. Hint: if northbound on Riva Road, turn to left about 100 yards past the volunteer fire station, just before the lane divider, then head toward the "Do not enter sign" and turn right just before the sign; continue to Ridge Road.

Perfect Getaway

The property is clean and tidy. Owner is accommodating and easy to work with. The sunsets seen off the patio deck are stunning! Comfortable place to stay while working remote for four days with my husband.

Weekend Visit for a Wedding

This property was perfect for my husband and I to stay for the weekend wedding we attended nearby. The area was quiet and had a great view. The loft was welcoming, comfortable and clean. If we come back to this area, we would try to stay here again, Thank you Joe!

The place was very modern and had all the amenities! A/C works great - ceiling fans in both rooms. Very clean. Great porch to sit out at night to decompress.

Well worth it and some!

My husband and I travelled to Maryland for a family reunion. We got a spot thinking it was just a place to shower and sleep. This place made this trip feel like a true vacation. The property was quiet and serene, the view is spectacular, and the loft is breathtaking. All amenities are top of the line, everything clean and safe, a place I truly felt comfortable in. Thank you for providing an oasis for us to stay at. This will be an annual stay for us and we look forward to coming back very soon!

Lovely spot

Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was our first overnight in the Annapolis area and this loft turned out to be a great spot for exploring the area. The view and that deck are perfect! And the accommodations are perfect for 2 people. We had a wonderful weekend and staying at this loft was part of that. Thank you!

This loft apartment was perfect - very comfortable and pleasant. Although my stay there was brief, I really enjoyed it and would return again for sure. It is a lovely location near the river. Joe, the owner, was a very welcoming and friendly host. Loved it!

Wonderful stay!

Joe, Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail. The loft was very comfortable and well equipped for my long stay in the Annapolis area, this past Christmas Season. The location was very convenient to Annapolis Towne Centre, a short and pleasant drive each day. Looking forward to returning again next Christmas Season and possible a few days this Spring. Great location with a water view.

The loft is close to Annapolis in a cute little neighborhood (great for walks). You are walking distance to a restaurant that is right on the water and has yummy food. Super clean and cozy- we will be back!

So close to Annapolis!

We enjoyed staying in the loft! It was cozy, but perfect for our small family. Everything is new, and well appointed! I especially loved eating a meal on the deck with the river view! The location of the loft is a few short miles to Annapolis! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely quiet location for a perfect break

A brilliant apartment perfectly located for visiting Annapolis and further afield. The apartment has everything you need for your stay with modern and comfortable fixtures and fittings, the owner has a real eye for detail and throughout the booking process kept in touch to make sure we were happy with arrangements. A real added bonus is the short walk to the famous Mikes Bar and Crab house!
