THE BEDROOMS
We have 9 bedrooms, all facing outward with views of the garden or the natural surroundings. 8 bedrooms have a private en suite bathroom. The ninth bedroom has a private bathroom in the hallway, for the exclusive use of that room. All rooms are equipped with bed linen, pillows and towels included. The layout allows for comfortable accommodation ranging from double rooms to quadruple rooms depending on the group's needs. 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor with ramp access, ideal for people with reduced mobility or families with babies and pushchairs. The upper floor bedrooms have more open views over the garden and surroundings. All windows have mosquito screens, something you will appreciate in summer.
THE KITCHEN
The heart of Can Micos is its fully equipped professional kitchen: professional hobs, large-capacity oven, industrial fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils needed to cook for the entire group without limitations. There is enough worktop space for several people to cook at the same time without getting in each other's way. The long countertop, central island and preparation area allow meals for 25 people to be organised with real comfort, not improvisation. If you prefer to take a break from cooking, we offer an optional catering service provided by our professional chef, with menus tailored to any occasion: from a paella on the terrace to a multi-course celebration dinner. We can also recommend trusted external catering companies if you prefer another option. Either way, the kitchen is yours for whatever you need.
THE LIVING ROOMS
The main floor has two independent living rooms, both with sofas and relaxation areas, perfect for the group to split up depending on the moment: those who want to watch a film, those who prefer a quiet after-dinner chat, or those who want to keep the party going. There is a television with access to streaming platforms. A central dining room with capacity for all 25 guests means the whole group can sit down at the table at the same time, something that is not possible in many large rural houses where the tables are not big enough or people have to eat in shifts. THE TERRACE AND BARBECUE
The covered terrace of more than 115m² is one of the star features of Can Micos. Fully equipped with a large-capacity barbecue, tables and chairs for the whole group, a preparation area and an outdoor sink. Being covered, it can be used in any weather: from cool spring evenings to summer afternoons when the sun beats down. It is the natural space for group meals, celebration dinners, welcome cocktails, after-dinner gatherings that stretch into the early hours, or simply for passing the time with a beer in hand looking out over the garden. The terrace connects directly to the garden and pool area, making it the nerve centre of your stay when the weather is good, which in this part of Girona is most of the year.
THE POOL
The private pool is for the exclusive use of the group throughout the entire stay. Available from April to October. Fenced and safe area, with a sunbathing zone and sun loungers to relax in the sun. Being private and exclusive, you can use it at any time of day or night, without time slots or schedule restrictions. No sharing with strangers, no arriving to find it already packed. The pool is one of the most appreciated features by groups staying at Can Micos, especially in summer, when it becomes the natural meeting point of the stay: aperitifs with feet in the water, a midnight swim, an entire afternoon without moving from the sun lounger.
THE GARDEN
More than 4,000m² of private garden surrounding the farmhouse. Lawn area, playground with swings for the little ones, paths through the vegetation and spaces to sit outside. A space large enough for children to run freely, adults to rest in the shade and the whole group to breathe without feeling cramped. The garden is completely fenced, making it a safe environment for families with young children or pets. At night, the outdoor lighting creates a special atmosphere that extends evening gatherings outdoors long after sunset.

Can Micos is located in Riudarenes, in the comarca of La Selva, province of Girona. The farmhouse is surrounded by farmland and pine forests, with open views of the Montseny massif. An authentic, quiet, rural setting away from the noise, but perfectly connected: we are 20 km from the Costa Brava and the city of Girona, and just 40 minutes from Barcelona by motorway. It is that rare combination of nature and accessibility: you leave Barcelona after work on Friday and in less than an hour you are opening the first beer on the terrace. The covered car park has space for 6 vehicles, and there is additional parking space outside the property with no problem.
