"The cleaner was fantastic, really helpful, friendly and efficient, if only other staff members had an ounce of what she has my review may have been different. "First time stating in hotel although haven to Dales many times before. Overall it’s fine but not fabulous. Food is good, tasty especially the breakfast . Personally preferred the bar food to Palmers. Service was variable but most staff were very attentive. Room was comfortable, especially the bed, great shower, large TV.
