Really wonderful place to stay. Matteo was really wonderful to work with and so helpful. Location is great and the place is really nice. Looks just like the pictures.

Incredible stay. Amazing balcony and evening/morning views. Just down the stairs into town and easy access to the train. But the most special aspect - was how the host went out of his way when we’d had a day of delays to ensure we found our way. Thank you and highly recommend. Riomaggiore also a good base in Cinque Terra.

We absolutely loved our stay at 5TERREONTHEROCKS. Matteo was a great host, he had a guide book with all sorts of recommendations for food, things to do and useful tips for our stay in Riomaggiore as well as for the other villages. Communication was excellent, check in and out was very easy. The apartment was very well maintained and clean, and in a great location. Having the balcony was really nice for the mornings and also to just sit and enjoy the stars at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Host was very accommodating, suite was clean and great for the 2 of us. Beautiful location, 5 min walk to the train. Definitely recommend!!

Lovely comfortable apartment with a view of the sea. A nice aesthetic to the art and furnishings. There are lots of steep stairs to the apartment and between levels so we got our steps in.

This place was the BEST! Matteo was so friendly checking us in, and the space itself was incredible. So cool, up a steep set of stairs just a few yards from the main area of Riomaggiore. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was so spacious. Shower was incredible after a dip in the sea. Would highly recommend staying here! Favorite part of our trip

It was a great space for the three of us. The deck was a beautiful spot. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Matteo also added very thoughtful extras like some snacks and drinks in the fridge. I highly recommend!

Property is very close to the train station and a great location. Matteo was waiting for us next to the property and helped us with our bags. He provided details about the area and activities. The room is very clean and comfortable. Great stay overall!!

The apartment offers a spectacular view and is close to the sea and the city. The caretaker was helpful and of service for everything. I recommend and if ever in 5 Terre again will come back.

An afternoon away from the overwhelming crowds, enjoying wine and local fresh deli prosciutto and other sausages and local wine on the deck overlooking the town and sea made our trip. Matteo went above and beyond to welcome us and be sure we were settled. Then got us reservations at the Michelin rated Rio Bistrot. Don’t miss this outstanding restaurant. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Explore Cinque Terre

This was an excellent spot to explore Cinque Terre from. You can see the beach of Riomaggiore if you lean out the window, it’s wonderfully close to the shops and the beach and the footpath but still quiet and on a peaceful side street. The space isn’t big but had everything we needed. Matteo was kind and helpful and responsive.

Perfect! Matteo met us at the property to show us up to our room. He left a detailed guide of his food, drink, shopping, etc. recommendations in the room which was great. The room itself was very clean and cute. Perfect location in the small town of Riomaggiori and a gorgeous view of the water!
