"The best location, right in the lower area of Riomaggiore so it’s very easy to access and get around with minimal stairs. Cutest little apartment with everything you would need to cook. There is a bit of a damp smell but only takes 5-10 minutes with the window open to air it out. This location is unbeatable and Riomaggiore is definitely the best town to stay in. Will 100% stay here again in the future! "

"What an incredible property this was absolutely ideal for the three of us a full kitchen, which is rare in a rental really helped wonderful little market down the street. "When I arrived, the bed wasn't made, it was still dirty from the previous guest. The bathroom was also dirty and not clean from the last visit. I took pictures of the state of the apartment. I had to message the owner and they came one hour later to clean, change the sheets, towels, etc. This was unacceptable. "

"The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it a practical choice for travelers. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the furniture and bathroom felt somewhat dated and could benefit from renovation. One important issue was that the hotel is listed on Expedia as offering laundry facilities, which was one of the main reasons we chose to book it. Unfortunately, we found that this information was inaccurate, as no laundry service or facilities were available. Overall, the location and welcoming staff were definite positives, but some of the amenities and facilities did not meet our expectations."
