"This location is absolutely fantastic. Direct access to the Frio river for swimming, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful view. We were a family group of all ages, and everyone had a wonderful time. Easy communication with the owner for questions. Highly recommend."

"The grain bin was so unique and bigger than it looks in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable! There were some games inside, books, DVD's, as well as a Roku you can sign into to watch your streaming services. The kids (ages 4, 8 and 13) all loved exploring around the property, playing corn ..."
