"no WiFi throughout my 2 nights stay though the front desk girl insisted it is only my problem. no air-cond is fine but should provide a quiet fan. the one in the room is a bit noisy. it is not freezing cold but it would be nice to have hot shower at night. however, the so-called water heater only ..."

"The apartment was spacious but quite old and dirty especially the bathroom and kitchen. The trash can had some weird smell. Quite noisy as it was close to the streets. Plenty of parking. Owner was quick to reply my messages and communication was smooth."
