"This is a really nice home on a beautiful piece of property. The large deck is a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the view. The living area gave the kids plenty of space to play. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our granddaughter is already asking to go back!"

"Great location, excellent communication. Cutest little tour guide. They do preface their listing with the fact that it is an active working ranch. In the middle of the night, one of the horses in the barn that is connected to the guest house must have bucked or something. Scared us lol. So I would definitely say make sure you are OK with hearing numerous horse noises throughout the night because there were plenty. It’s not a place to go and sleep in. They are in that office talking pretty loud...

"This house is beautiful. We rented it for 3 days for my daughter's ROTC graduation. This house gave me and my family everything we needed while we was here. The owner takes very good care of this home. You can tell that by just walking in and seeing how clean it is and the love that was pur into it by the decor. The couch is very comfortable. All the beds were perfect for each person. If we ever come back to this area I will definitely see if this house is available. "

"We came in the the Kentucky Bourbon Festival. We had a large group that found this place extremely comfortable and relaxing for all of us. The back deck is fantastic and all of the rooms are comfortable. The location is perfect and Tyrone was extremely responsive to all communications and questions. We would certainly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay with great amenities within driving distance. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The weather was wonderful and we all enjoyed hanging out on the deck. We fished and launching the boat at the boat ramp was so close and very convenient. The only one negative, the coffee maker requires pods, which we didn't have, so first morning we didn't have coffee, but bought some at the Family Dollar. The house was very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend.."

"Terrific house! Minutes from Rough River Lake boat ramp and state park. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby also. well equipped kitchen and grill made cooking easy. There is a path that leads down to the water. No dock, but we were able to tie our boat up and leave overnight with no issues."

"We had an amazing time in this beautifully decorated and comfortable home. The beds were comfortable, even for our elderly parents and our teenager loved the downstairs space complete with the arcade game. The massage chair was over-the-top! Two of our family members came home and purchased a massage chair as a direct result of the host allowing us to have this experience. The host was incredibly easy to work with, very friendly, and made the house pet friendly for us. I cannot recommend...

"This 2 bedroom home was just as stated. It was cozy and relaxing. The house was very clean with nice size bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was a nice size with great water pressure for showering. And the washer and dryer was a great addition.This house was nestled in a quite neighborhood with a concrete driveway with the perfect place to sit and enjoy the outside.It was a perfect house to stay for us to visit my Aunt who is at the Grayson nursing home located within a few miles....

"This was a beautiful home. Spotless, decor on point, everything we needed on hand. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this is one of cleanest of them all. Communication with host was top notch. We will definitely stay here again as our son and family is stationed at FT. Knox. "
