Vacaciones en Rincon

Nos encantó la propiedad Es acogedora y está a pasos (literalmente) de la playa A pesar de que llovió todos los días, disfrutamos nuestra estancia porque la propiedad permite compartir en familia ya que es espaciosa y lo mismo nos reuníamos en el área de la piscina como en el interior así como en una acogedora terraza en el tercer nivel con una espectacular vista hacia la playa que permite observar y disfrutar los atardeceres Se la recomiendo 100% a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar sin importar las condiciones climatológicas!!!

Todo muy limpio. La ubicación muy accesible a la playa, restaurantes y la casa preciosa. La pasamos súper bien y la familia quedó encantada con esta propiedad.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and some restaurants, love the Shipwreck. The house is on a busy corner, so traffic noise can be a little loud in the early morning hours. The pool is not heated, so depending on the time of year visiting it may be too cold to use. Beds are very comfortable. The view from the penthouse balcony is amazing. Everything in working order and clean. Very easy to communicate. We had no problems when we stayed and cannot emphasize how close to one of the best beaches to swim.

We loved our stay at Casa Marina! It really is the best location. Though we spent time exploring the island and driving to other beaches, we loved having the option to just walk down the street to a great beach. It had great snorkeling, swimming and paddle boarding. Also many restaurant options within walking distance. We had the best meal of the stay at la copa llena! Highly recommend!Loved having the private pool, the backyard is super private. And the view from the top patio was fantastic. Being so conveniently located comes with some road noise but it didn’t really bother us.Loved having the extra space to spread out, there were only 4 of us, a couple and 2 adult children.Would definitely recommend and would stay again - hopefully for longer!

The host was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. We initially had some trouble finding the property because Google Maps was directing us to different homes, but once we located it, everything was great.The location is perfect, the views from the house are absolutely spectacular, and there’s so much to do nearby. It really made for a wonderful experience overall.We did run into a couple of minor issues. The A/C unit in the master bedroom stopped working during our stay, and the washer wasn’t functioning at first. However, the host was quick to respond and sent someone out to take care of the washer. One small heads-up that would have helped: the garage doors make a very loud popping sound when opening. It honestly startled us at first — we thought they were gunshots and all ducked for cover (LOL!).Despite those hiccups, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

We have come back to this property over and over again for so many reasons. The hosts are extremely hospitable, kind, helpful and always accommodating. The home has the best location and every amenity you could ask for. We already booked next year!

Excellent location and amazing view

Ideal Rincón Getaway Perfect spot—just a short walk to Black Eagle Beach, great restaurants, bars, and the Rincón Plaza. The house was spotless and the private pool was a total highlight. Super convenient and incredibly relaxing.

Excellent Property, Great Location

Beautiful clean home, located in close proximity to Black Eagle Beach, Steps Beach, and the town of Rincon. All amenities in good working order. We had a little problem with directions, but I think that was due to my older iPhone, John responded to my message promptly, and everything was rectified

Great location with amazing views

Our entire family enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough that everyone had their own space and we enjoyed time together in the pool and the amazing views up top. Location is perfect with access to several great beaches and short drive to downtown Rincon with great restaurants and bars.

Wonderful stay in Rincon

We just got back from a week in beautiful Rincon. The property accommodated all our needs and the kids loved the private pool. John, the manager, was easy to get a hold of and so helpful when we arrived after dark and weren't sure of the exact location. We walked to restaurants, shops and excursions. I would only suggest a few extra blankets and better lighting and some hooks in the master bathroom. Minor things. We'd come back!

Location Location Location

We have been coming to Ricon for serval years now to visit family in the area. We have tried other properties and even though they were great, this property exceeds them all. We came with family of 6 adults & 2 children (5 & 2). House was very clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable. The proximity to the beach is fantastic for not being a beachfront property. Just a quick walk to and from the beach, so with kids, when you forget things, or a kid needs a nap you're not having to pack the car to go back its just steps away. The pool was fantastic, very private yard and for the days you don't feel like going to the beach very relaxing. The couple of restaurants within walking distance were fantastic. We can't wait to return

Wonderful Home and Outdoor Space!

We loved this property from the first second! Communication was clear and thorough and checkin was a breeze! The home is well maintained, clean and fresh. The little extras included made our day--makeup remover wipes, dishwasher and laundry detergent, soaps, plentiful beach towels, beach chairs and a wheeled cooler to use...we really felt at home here!The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cutting boards, knives, utensils, etc.House rules were clear and checkout was less stressful because I knew what was expected of us, which I appreciate.The roof terrace is perfect for sunsets, reading, yoga and drinks. We spent a lot of time up there. The backyard feels so private and peaceful! We swam in the pool often, and ate most meals at home under the gazebo in the yard. Love that it has great lighting and a ceiling fan as well. The beach is so close by; we enjoyed swimming, snorkeling and walking the beach.There are so many food options nearby and lots to do. Be sure to check out The Beach House for breakfast (great value and awesome view) and the Cappriccio Trattoria is a delicious splurge meal as well!We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in PR! Wonderful hosts and an excellent property.

Fantastic!

Both my family and friends enjoyed our stay in Rincon! We especially enjoyed grilling in the backyard beside the pool! We also ate our evening meals outside. The house was amazing and we look forward to being a repeat guest next year!

Lovely Property with Lovely Hosts

The house was all that was promised, with ample beds, rooms, bathrooms and showers. Well-appointed and clean, the home has two rooftops decks with gorgeous views of the ocean and the city. The pool is in the midst of what feels like a secluded oasis of palm trees, chattering morning birds, nightime coquis and ocean sounds to help one feel at peace. We even saw horses promenading with Christmas lights. There are bakeries and eateries aplenty nearby. And the local beach was fun, though there are plenty others in the area. Aguadilla is not far. My family and I had a wonderful time there, and our hosts were responsive and attentive. John responded within minutes of every communication. We could not ask for more.

Paradise

Our first time in Puerto Rico, we picked this rental without really knowing what to expect. The pics of the area and videos made us feel a little worried it wouldn’t be the whole Puerto Rican experience that we’ve heard about in the east side of the country. But looooovvvvveeeeeeed every bit of it and not only the house was exactly what we needed and more. When we arrived in the area we thought our GPS would take it to the house but we got turned around several times. Lost and confused. Not to mention tired from travel and drive. I don’t know why we didn’t think to contact the owners before but we got worried and I called to be welcomed Via phone by John and it was super helpful and he got us to the front gate. We didn’t want to leave and for sure I believe we will be back here soon. 🇵🇷💜
