Dogman's Beach House, sleeps 4, with beach access!

  • Newly constructed! Located on the legendary "Road to Happiness" (Route 413) on Dogman's and Maria's beach. Tres Amigos 2 has been built with the sophisticated traveler in mind. It has a very versatile layout -- 2 queen bedrooms,, its own eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom, living room and balcony and the same layout upstairs! Rent one level or 2! From this house, we have beach access, and an outdoor terrace, with all new furniture, brand new Anderson windows and sliding glass doors, custom cabinets, GE kitchen appliances, central air, satellite TV with 50" screens in the living room and 32" in each bedroom, gas grill, WiFi, brand new furniture, a back-up generator which powers the entire house, and an outdoor shower for coming off the beach. If your group includes surfers, note that we are located on the best surf spots in Rincon. We carefully built this home for the discriminating traveler based on our knowledge of Rincon and our 14 years of renting Tres Amigos 1 (see our reviews on VRBO # 331242). Located in the Ensenada ward of Rincon you are basically 1 mile from everything and walking distance to Calypso Cafe, the Bohio, the Lighthouse, Dogman's Beach, Maria's Beach, Steps Beach, Tres Palms Marine Sanctuary, Marina Beach and all the amazing attractions Rincon has to offer. Second time at Tres Amigos was as amazing as the first trip! Fantastic surfing right off the beach in front of the house. Clean, convenient to everything in Rincon, well stocked kitchen and bath, and Danny is a very welcoming host.

Great stay

Rincon beach getaway

We loved our week at the beach! This house is just steps away from the beach and couldn't be a better home-base for exploring Rincon. Danny is a wonderful host too - we can't wait to go back!

Quick Surf Trip

Location is excellent. Walk to the local breaks and a quick trip to town a couple miles down the road..Property is very well kept and lit at night. Rental unit is spacious and clean. Nice porch to chill on.This place is fantastic

Paradise in rincon

We couldn’t have asked for more out of our stay at the beach house. The location is unbeatable and the house had everything we needed to feel like we were home for the week. Daniel was very communicative and a wonderful host.

We had the most incredible time here! The property was exactly as described. We attended a wedding at Villa de Zecheo and were able to easily walk there in 2 mins.

Great family beach vacation!

Our stay was perfect! Super clean home a short walk to a beautiful beach and minutes to many restaurants and downtown Rincón. This home had everything we needed including a cooler and beach chairs. Perfect for our family of four! We will definitely be back!

Rincon Escape

We decided to extend our stay and needed a last minute stay. We found this amazing gem that is a quick drive into town and an amazing walk to the beach. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. We loved the location and would definitely come back in the future.

Amazing Time

Nothing but good things to say about this rental. Close proximity to everything we needed. Dan had multiple suggestions for dinning and taxi services to get around since we didn’t rent a car (which we will if/when we come back) I would stay here again I’m a heartbeat!

Perfect Rincón getaway

We loved our stay at Tres Amigos! The apartment is clean and tidy and has beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. We loved being on Dogmen’s beach and just a short stroll to Maria’s, Tres Palmas and Steps. There are lots of great restaurants close by. Daniel is a responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend this place!

Truly a gem in the midst of paradise!

Tres Amigos is very well built out, well thought out, the location is perfect, and the whole setup inside the condos is incredibly comfortable, well equipped even with accessories you will need and outdoor showers to rinse off. We would definitely come back!

Generator was a lifesaver!

Danny was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our vacation even during an island wide power outage. The generator worked perfect and we were able to use all electric amenities as normal. Danny even helped us out to make adjustments to our stay during the power outage. The location is great and the unit was clean. My family and I will definitely come back!

Great stay near beach

We enjoyed this property and will be back in the future. Very close to nice walking path at end of the street to protected marine area for snorkeling on calm days. The beach access was very easy (just go down about 6 steps and across a grassy area and there is the beach) and Dogman’s Beach is great to walk and watch the surfers. The two bedroom/one bath was comfortable for our family. Instructions prior to checkin included restaurants close by and grocery stores which was very helpful for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the Thursday night art festival in Rincon based on the host recommendation.

Daniel and Jen went above and beyond!

This property is clean, updated and close to great beaches, restaurants and the marina. Everything you need is provided! We had a medical emergency that required an early departure and we needed help dealing with the travel changes. Daniel and Jen jumped in and helped in a huge way. They are truly wonderful people. We will be back under better circumstances!

Absolute bliss

The property is amazingly close to everything yet you are surrounded by beautiful trees is almost like being in the country though you are on a main road… walking into the apartment was shedding a big load off my shoulders! Absolute bliss, Daniel was a pleasure to deal with, quickly replying to my questions and even allowed us a last minute late check out. Will definitely be back

Perfect location in Rincon!

I will keep it short and sweet as all other reviews are spot on. The property is in the best location and close to everything in Rincon. The property itself and is very well maintained and everything is clean, new and modern. The owner is accommodating and very fast to respond to any questions. He literally has thought of everything when it comes to how a rental home should be set up, what guest would want and need for a great vacation. I will defiantly be booking this property again and have recommended it to family and friends already.

Wonderful beach getaway

We had a fabulous long weekend stay here! The property was clean and comfortable with an ideal location for surfing and exploring all the best spots in Rincon. Perfect for a small family or two couples. We can’t wait to come back on our next visit to Puerto Rico!

Excellent house close to a great surf break!

Our first time to Rincon Puerto Rico and we loved it. The house is in a great location, near several great surf breaks. Owners were super helpful and friendly and the house was spotless. Every restaurant we went to was fantastic and the locals made us feel welcomed. We even got to participate in the Easter procession Friday night. Amazing place! Can’t wait to go back.

Easy to book

Daniel was great! A quick text and he would tell me what I wanted to know. The beach access wasn’t perfect but it’s a short drive to your choice of many beaches. I recommend Daniel as an owner!

Wonderful property great location

Great clean property with an aWesome location. Beach access out front and short walk to steps and Maria’s beach. We thought this was the best location in rincon. Could want to everywhere. It was really cool that our neighbors were cows and donkeys. The cooler and beach chairs came in handy. Owner and manager very reachable and went out of their way to resolve a concern we had. Owner was such a great person to deal with! We are definitely returning next time in rincon

Location

We had a wedding celebration occurring at Villa Maria and Villa Playa de Maria - this residence allowed us to walk via the beach to all the festivities; also a 2 minute drive to El Balneario- a beautiful beach.
