Rincon Wedding

Great place to stay! We had a wonderful time. Roof offered incredible star gazing at night and views of the coastline while we enjoyed our family get-together and wedding in Rincon.

Spring break 25

Our stay at the Surf- break was perfect! The house is awesome and in a great location. Clean, spacious and amazing rooftop deck. Craig was super helpful from day one! We will definitely be back.

Great house for our family

We had a great stay and the house met all of our needs! The owner was great to work with. We loved the pool and being so close to beaches and restaurants. The view from the rooftop was AMAZING!

Better than the pictures, if you can believe it

This place is nothing short of stunning. I know the pictures make it seem like a paradise, but I really did not want to go home afterwards. It has all the amenities you could ask for and is walking distance to several beaches and bars. Craig is a great and responsive. Can't wait to go back.

Extended Family Vacation

We stayed for 8 days with 4 adults and 5 kids. It was fantastic! Craig was a great host quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend!

Most fabulous house in Rincon

Me and my family had the most wonderful time and were blown away by the house “The Surf Break” and cannot wait to go back. The owner keeps the house very well equipped, the views and location are amazing! Highly recommend this home. Incredible!🎉🏝️

Great family vacation

The house was just as advertised or better. Great accommodations like the in ground pool, laundry, use of beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, etc. and lots of places for family to gather and spend time. The views are spectacular for sunrise and sunset. Will definitely return in the near future.

Amazing

This property was absolutely amazing. We brought our family and friends to stay here for the week and their were 9 of us and we were never stepping on anyone’s toes! The pool was refreshing after a long day and the views were absolutely amazing! There were lots of towels beach chairs and snorkel gear for all of us to enjoy and having two washers and dryers was amazing. This is our second time to the island in a year and this house definitely topped our last house.

Relaxing Vacation in a Beautiful Town

The house is about a 2 hour drive from San Juan but is easily accessible to the surrounding beaches and attractions. Me and my family had a great time in Rinco. The house was incredible. Very peaceful neighborhood. The host was very responsive and kind. No issues with the house at all. With a beautiful view over the ocean, it was a great place to stay for our family vacation.

Beautiful Home

Where to begin. Your home is beautiful inside and out. There was enough room for the family to move around. The pool is a great addition. Especially during those hot days. Let’s not forget the amazing views during the sunrise and sunset. We loved it and we’re looking forward to be there again on our next trip to Puerto Rico

Everything we wanted it to be!

Wake up every day and be greeted by beautiful views of Rincon lighthouse, Caribbean Sea, and Atlantic Ocean on the other side. Room for our large family. We cooked, hung out on the many balconies that are available. House was beautiful inside and out and very safe. Close to beaches, downtown Rincon, lots of bars and restaurants close. My son, his girlfriend and my niece all learned to surf just down the road. We are already talking about renting again soon. Wonderful family vacation.

Puerto Rican Perfection

We traveled as 3 families (teenagers and adults). First, we all rented vehicles so the location in Rincón makes it easy to get to many local beaches: Domes, Steps, Sandy & Black Eagle, the restaurants, grocers and shopping. Second, everything about the functionality and layout of the house is perfect. The views off the top terrace, the covered patio area below it, the well stocked kitchen, filtered water, and quality appliances, the pool, plentiful bath and pool towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. Finally, the host happened to be visiting in the adjacent 2-bedroom casita, which is great if you need to rent more space. He was gracious and left coconuts for us, freshly harvested coconut water from his property, and provided lots of recommendations of places to go and things to see at the house, including the Thursday night art walk where local artisans set up. The lighthouse serves enormous mojitos and also has a beautiful sunset. We all fell in love with Rincón and this spectacular house. We can’t wait to get back when the surf is high.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We had an unforgettable stay at The Surf Break in Rincon! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the welcoming atmosphere. The home is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. We especially loved the open main floor plan with the kitchen conveniently adjacent to the cozy living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, each with AC, ensuring we all had restful nights. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space. The rooftop patio has breathtaking views. There’s literally not a place in all of PR for a better sunset view! Two patios off the master and the large patio off the main living space was great for enjoying morning coffee while taking in the views. The pool area was wonderful, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of shade. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs, games, & coolers that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect – secluded enough to offer peace and tranquility, yet close to local attractions and amenities. We enjoyed exploring the nearby trails and visiting the charming town just a short drive away. Overall, this Vrbo rental exceeded our expectations on every level!

Living Large in Rincon

My family of 4 stayed for 10 days, the first 4 nights two other families joined us. One family of 5 stayed in the house with us and the other family of 4 stayed in the apartment. There was plenty of space, bathrooms, towels…all the things you worry there won’t be enough of with that many people. The house is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and a full kitchen. The screens on the doors were nice to keep those pesky mosquitos out and once I found the vacuum we kept the sand under control. I must say the house felt very safe with the gates however I found the locks tricky for the first few days…once I understood it, there was no issue. Once our friends left, the house did feel a little too large for just the 4 of us. Having our kids downstairs in the bunk room while the master is on the main level was fine for us but might not be for every family. The rooftop deck is AMAZING but did get too dark to have dinner up there once the sun went down. The afternoon breeze is so nice and the pool was perfect for after beach swims. I’ve already told a few people about this great house and Craig was so easy to communicate with.

Views and space

We had a great time with our multi-generational family gathering. It was spacious and had expansive views. Loved having so many balcony options. Was about a 5-10 minute drive from beaches or restaurants.

Wonderful Vacation

This property is truly amazing and helped make our vacation wonderful! We stayed as a family of 4 with another family of 5, as well as Grandma and Grandpa. There was enough space for everyone and we never felt as though we were on top of each other due to the many different spaces the house has to offer. We were traveling with a baby and a toddler, so the pack n' play, high chair, and booster were all greatly appreciated. The views are beautiful and the rooftop deck was the best to watch sunsets if we were not able to make it to the beach!

Beautiful views!

Amazing views from rooftop terrace. Plenty of room for our party of 10 to fit comfortably in the house. Pool area was a little small but we spent most of our time at the beach so it didn’t really matter. Roosters all over the neighborhood that called all day and night was annoying, especially if you are a light sleeper, but running the A/C during the night helps drown out the sound. House is in a good location and right down the street from the beach, recommend driving instead of walking though. Overall, a great experience and lots of fun.
