VILLA
This property is much bigger and better than the pictures show. 4 goodsize bedrooms upstairs, 1 double, 3 twin and 2 bathrooms.
Downstairs 2 further twins and a bathroom and a huge master bedroom with ensuite. Lounge, large dining kitchen and large dining room leading onto terrace with further large table and shaded seating. Grassed lawn and then outdoor kitchen/ bar with microwave, fridge and BBQ . The swimming pool is of a really good size with a very deep end. The whole villa has tons of room for a family holiday. It was very clean sadly getting a little bit tired in places. A hairdryer would have been good but there is an abundance of towels etc.The owner David was extremely helpful sorting our luggage whilst we had late pickup for airport. He also arranges airport transport which had we known in advance we would have taken advantage of, as it was we had already arranged something.
LOCATION
Perfect. Couldnt be better located, out the door across the road is the Mercadonna supermarket, and 5 minutes walk down the road you hit restaurants, shops and beach front. No need for car hire.
Rincon itself is a very spanish holiday area, most of the tourists were Spanish, few English. It has lovely beachfront promenade with restaurants right along, and there are restaurants on the beach with massive fish bbqs as seen on tv. Comes alive at about 9pm.The sand is of a grey colour and we were unlucky because the extreme heat brought the jellyfish in so we didnt do much sea swiming. Paddle boarding is good though and not too expensive. Restaurant quality varies but there is a very tatty looking one think its called Victoria, near to the Banana bar. They advertise English breakfast. We ate there on our last day, 2 mains, 2 cakes, large brandies and coffees 52 Euros. It was really nice, my husbands sirloin was lovely. All in all not a very comercialised area more a family place.
