We were very disappointed as the listing describes the property as "recently renovated", but there were a multitude of cracks in the walls, water stains and damage to walls including peeling paint, a rusted hot water tank, a partially detached toilet seat lid, loud ceiling fans, a ceiling fan that didn't work, and 'old' equipment in the house (such as electronic controls for fans and lights).The location was exactly what we thought it was, the kitchen is nicely done, but that isn't enough to overcome the other issues. Overall, the place just felt 'tired'.
