The space
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary Latvian style and prepared for a comfortable short or long stay.

Bedroom: king-size bed, blackout shades and wardrobe.

Living room: Smart TV, dining table and a laptop-friendly workspace.

Kitchen: stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, baking sheet and all cooking basics. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided free of charge.

Bathroom: shower, washing machine, hairdryer, towels, shampoo and shower gel.

The building has an elevator.

The neighbourhood
Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela is one of the main streets of Riga`s historic centre. The famous Art Nouveau quarter is within walking distance, and the Old Town is just a few minutes away by public transport. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and parks are all around.

Getting around
Public transport: tram, trolleybus and bus stops are close to the building – the Old Town is about 3 minutes away.

Taxi: Bolt and other ride-hailing apps work everywhere in Riga; a ride within the centre usually costs around 5 EUR.

Parking: paid street parking is available in the area.

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building (200 EUR penalty); please take off your shoes indoors; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval; pets are not allowed.

Parking: no private parking. Nearest garage: Radisson Blu Latvija hotel car park, Elizabetes iela 55 – approx. €3 per hour, €21 per day, €365 per month (no weekly rate). Street parking around the building is paid city parking (Rīgas satiksme): €1–3 per hour depending on the zone on the street signs, paid Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 09:00–17:00, free on Sundays and public holidays. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.
House rules:
• No smoking anywhere in the apartment or building (penalty 200 EUR).
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
• Please let us know about any damage so it can be repaired or replaced.
