Day Area: Large dining room flooded with natural light and a cozy living room with two sofas and a Smart TV, perfect for home cinema sessions.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine for your mornings.
Bedrooms: 3 spacious and comfortable double rooms, ideal for families or groups.
Bathrooms: 2 complete and modern bathrooms.
Climate control: Fireplace and heating for the cold months; air conditioning with heat pump on the upper floor and a naturally cool environment on the lower floor for summer.

The garden is the real star:
- New and in perfect condition private pool.
- Lawn area, barbecue and outdoor dining for your al fresco meals.
- Ping-pong table to challenge your companions.

High-speed WIFI connection throughout the property.

We are in a privileged enclave that allows you to choose a different plan every day:
- Nature: At the foot of the Montseny Natural Park.
- Shopping: Only 10 minutes from La Roca Village.
- Beach and City: 30 minutes from the best coves of the Costa Brava (Lloret and Blanes), and half an hour from Barcelona and Girona.
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out before 11:00 AM.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- No parties or noisy events are allowed; respect neighbors' rest (quiet hours after 11:00 PM).
- Pets: not allowed.
- Safety and care: Do not modify facilities, keep keys, lock doors when leaving.
- Arrive and leave the property in good condition: report damages and contact the host for any problems.
- Tourist taxes are paid separately at check-in: 1.78€/night per person.

Self check-in with a key box, instructions with the code will be sent 24H before check-in.
