Everything as advertised. Great venue for relaxing. Deck was great with gas grill and hot tub. We used and enjoyed both. Very clean. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable king beds and private bathrooms. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Valentines Stay

My husband booked a romantic cabin, arranged a formal dinner, and planned lots of adventures for us. It was his first attempt at handling the travel arrangements, and we were both looking forward to the trip. Unfortunately, I faced a medical issue that required hospitalization, and we had to cancel our plans. The booking agency provided excellent assistance, but since my husband did not purchase travel insurance, we lost the cost of our reservation because we were unable to check in. They encouraged us to call back when we're able to travel again.

Home is fine but the management company is terrible

The afternoon we checked in, we immediately discovered a puddle of water in the living room. Immediately notified the management company. They sent plumbers out 24 hours after I notified them of the issue. By this time, the bathroom was flooded. The plumbers arrived in an old truck with no company name and no company name on their shirts so I had no way of knowing what company they were from. They found a leaking pipe in the wall and had to tear out the wall in the bathroom and hall. We had non refundable show tickets that evening and even though I asked to have the plumbers there long before we left for the show, I did have to leave my belongings and dog in the cabin unattended with the plumbers. We were gone the entire next day so we did not realize we had no hot water until more than 24 hours after the plumbers had left. I called the management company again and after waiting 45 mins for a response, I found the breaker box and got the hot water tank going again. The shower door also came off the rails in one of the bathrooms. Even though I was in constant contact with the management company, it took almost the entire four night stay to remedy all issues. I asked them not to have the shower door fixed until we checked out because I did not want to waste another day waiting for someone to show up so I didn’t have to leave my belongings and dog unattended with strangers again. We had full days scheduled to enjoy what Branson had to offer. All they refunded me was 75.

Short fall getaway

We really liked our stay in this cabin. It was very clean and had a pretty wooded view. Location was great for either going to Branson or driving around the area and exploring the Big Cedar locations and enjoying the lake and nature
