We enjoyed the rooms for 3 different families. The layout of the kitchen was great. We enjoyed the outdoor space, walking trails, hot tub, and fireplace. Everyone enjoyed the movie room. Very convenient to all the tourist spots.

We rented the house solely because twice in the listing it stated pool was heated. The first Amenity it listed was private heated outdoor pool. When we arrived to find it freezing and kids and family expecting to use it Rent Branson stated the article did not specify heated so I sent them a copy of the listing. They stated they would look into it but did nothing to make up for the fact that I spent 2000 for the weekend only not to be able to use the main amenity that we rented it for. They barely even acknowledged that I was mislead and then had the nerve to ask for a 5 star rating. Hat a joke. For anyone reading this review I would recommend Faria Resorts and Private Homes. You won’t be disappointed. I understand sometimes things are not always as they should be but I would expect at least some sort of effort to make things right.

The house and property are accurately described in the listing and everything was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed a lot of pool and hot tub time, exploring the property (including the zip line), relaxing outside by the fire, enjoying movie nights in the theater room, and just taking advantage of all the amenities. Great location and fairly close to everything we needed. Management was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and addressed everything that was needed. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and great memories.

Amazing location and house!

I booked this house for a week long girls trip - 20 ladies ranging from 24 to 72. The house was amazing. There was plenty of space for everyone and it never felt crowded. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. The movie room was a nice bonus - plenty of comfy seating and a nice selection of movies. The pool was a great size and the hot tub was a great temp. The location was perfect - only a five minute drive from a gas station and Dollar General and about 20 minutes from many of the activities Branson offers. The wooded lot made it feel more remote and secluded. We would definitely stay here or at any of the Rent Branson locations if we are in the area again.

Beautiful Fun!

This house was so perfect for our weekend holiday! The house itself is beautiful in a beautiful setting.. amazing view. All the amenities were just as advertised. Our kids had so much fun that they didn’t want to leave the house to do other things! Everything was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The management ( thanks Rebecca!) was very helpful and crazy quick to answer any question I had. Our whole crew had the best time and we all agreed that we can’t wait to come back to this house!

Wonderful House

The home was simply wonderful. Great layout with ample space and various bedroom setups. We had kids aged 2 trough 9 and they were all entertained either by the pool, theater or patio. TVs everywhere made it a fun spot to watch the game and the house was only minutes away from Big Cedar. Will absolutely stay again.

Couples Golf Trip

The property was just as described. Plenty of room and activity for all 8 of us. Everyone loved the pool and the guys really enjoyed the media room. The grill was perfect and clean. Location was close to all the courses we were playing too.

50th Wedding Anniversary

I recently stayed at a property in Ridgedale, MO, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. While the location itself was beautiful, the property had several serious issues that made our stay disappointing. First and foremost, the pool was a significant problem. Upon arrival, we noticed that the pool water was cloudy and clearly unclean. Despite contacting the customer service team immediately, we were left waiting for 36 hours without a properly chlorinated, clean pool. When the maintenance team and pool technician finally arrived, they confirmed that there was no chlorine in the pool at all. To make matters worse, the customer service team initially misled us, claiming the pool was saltwater, only for the pool tech to confirm that it was not. This dishonesty added to our frustration and disappointment. Additionally, the property itself was not in good shape. The pool table in the game room had ripped felt, making it nearly impossible to enjoy. The TV in the main living area had a damaged screen, which made watching anything a challenge. The back screen door was ripped and hanging sideways, contributing to the overall neglected state of the property. Despite these issues, the customer service team has yet to provide any satisfactory remedy for our poor experience. We were misled about the pool and left to deal with an unclean, unusable amenity for a significant portion of our stay. The lack of responsiveness and accountability is disappointing.

Quiet with a great location!

We are Big Cedar lovers and this place is absolutely perfect, as it’s practically across the street. Literally minutes to everything while being secluded and quiet. Tons of space, private bedrooms with baths, and my teens loved the downstairs pool table area with movie room and arcade. The rent Branson staff was great and checked in daily to make sure everything was perfect. Can’t wait to book another trip.

Beautiful Home and property

Our family of 15 ranging in ages from 1 year to 63 just returned home from staying at Cedarwood Farmstead. The home was perfect for us. The grandchildren loved the pool. The hot tub was perfect after a busy day. We walked the trails one day and found the fairy house and the had fun on the zip line. This home is beautiful and there was plenty of room that we never felt crowded. It feels secluded but is close to Top of the Rock, Mark Twain Lake and Branson. There is also a dollar general minutes from the house. The home has everything you could need. A very well stocked kitchen. We played a few of the games and enjoyed movies in the comfortable theater room. Tons of DVD's to pick from. Rent Branson is very responsive to all communications also. Next time we come to Branson this will be where we stay for sure!!

Perfect location with lots of space

We had an amazing 4th of July weekend at this beautiful property. The house was great for grandparents and teens, with plenty of space to spread out and have fun. Close to everything at Big Cedar and the lake. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to visiting again soon!

Family get away!

Beautiful home in a private location with everything you want! It was my parents anniversary. Everyone enjoyed the comfort of the bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, kitchen and living areas. So nice to have your own pool and hot tub! The screened in porches overlooking the trees is beautiful. What a great place for a large group to stay! We will do this again in the future!! Rent Branson was great to work with. Very helpful from stat to finish. Highly recommend!

Great house

We had our family gathering in Branson this year. We have included in our group 3 one year olds and a 4 year old. The main floor screen in deck, the large amount of bathrooms and pool were the areas that drew most praise. The only let down was the living room furniture. The couch was broken down and not enough seating in that area for all to gather.

Great Christmas Vacation

Every once in a while you need to get out from the normalcy of life and go to a cabin in the woods to recharge the batteries. That’s exactly what this cabin did for our family was get us away together where we could unwind after Christmas dinners and just chill and relax. The cabin has 3 floors with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing, or come together in the game room area for a great family night. The theater room was top notch and the guys watched several football games. Our grandson loved that he could watch some of his cartoons on a screen almost the size of a real cinema lol. The hot tub was also used every night to ease those achy muscles from all the walking around in Branson. We cooked breakfast a couple of mornings and found everything from skillets to pots that was needed. They really have thought of most everything a family would need for a great trip. There is even and outside fireplace that we used to make smores one night and it was a great hit with the whole family. We will plan to be back next year and will have more family members that will want to join!
