We had reserved this hotel partly because they listed having a hot tub. It was non-functional and clearly had been for some time! The pool was not clean - greenish and smelly. Staff were very nice and helpful. Our floor was undergoing some remodeling, which was very noisy during the day and made the elevator area dusty. Breakfast was adequate but offered no meat(bacon, sausage, etc.).

We found this hotel very pleasing. The staff, the cleanliness of the room and facility were excellent. The location of this hotel allows for very good access to many dining options close by.

The hotel room needed repairs - lamps on wall hanging sideways, lights in bar area didn’t work so it was hard to see, microwave didn’t work. Generally, felt shabby and unkept. Breakfast had one piece of fruit at 7am - an overripe banana. The front desk only answered the phone after multiple calls with a lot of rings. Front desk staff did not make eye contact and were not customer oriented. Not a nice experience. Would not stay there again

Property is under remodel. Very loud early morning construction. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the neighboring rooms, including the toilets flushing. The apartments across the street decided to mow their yard at 7:30 in the morning and they sounded like they were mowing right under my window. The whole point of renting a hotel room is to be able to sleep, but that was not accomplished due to all the noise.

Check-in was easy. Hotel overall seems clean and well-maintained, however, our particular room has stains on the rug and an obvious patch job on the wall where it looks like there was a large crack in the wall. I understand replacing rugs is an expense, but when there are obvious stains that look like blood stains, the expense of changing out the rug would be worth it in my opinion.

Loved the spacious rooms. I especially liked the cozy chair with ottoman. Beds were the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in. Everyone at the front desk was most accommodating.

The fact that I left my bag there by accident and was able to call, they found it. They called me back, speaks volumes to the quality of customer service that this location offers. Always friendly and kind.

Should have multiple employees at night. I had to go downstairs to get toothpaste and a toothbrush. Also microwave and tv didn't work. It would be nice if breakfast was inclusive of allergies, like gluten.

The staff are super nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. I am familiar with this area and stayed overnight for a wedding, and felt very safe during my stay. My only real critique for the property is that parking is currently not great due to some construction/renovations taking place on the building. Not sure when that is supposed to clear up, but otherwise a good property.
