Stayed just for the night, I came in at midnight. A neighboring rooms alarm was going off at 6am and didn’t stop for a while hour. I would have been better off driving tired that night. I was going to talk to the front desk concierge, but a sign said they are away and leave your key inside. I have no clue if I’m checked out or not. Overall, wouldn’t recommend. Stay in Dayton, OH or Indy, IL.

This place was horrible. Dirty, felt gross after showering. The bathroom was disgusting. My boyfriend is 5’6 and his head touched the ceiling. We also arrived late night because we were on a road trip. We were tired and just wanted to sleep. There was a homeless guy that had checked in right before us (around 10pm) who was begging this worker to take his money so he could sleep and then she’d give him the money back when he leaves in the morning, if it was clean. We actually were placed right next to him (4 story hotel) and felt unsafe. Only because he had a pretty vicious dog. He was loud throughout the night, yelling at his dog. Just didn’t feel safe. Overall this place was horrible and will never stay here again.

Cleaners came about 8 AM, long before we were ready to have them service the room. They never came back to make beds and clean the bathroom. We got clean towels only if we caught them clattering around outside our room and went out to ask for them. Property looked rundown and uninviting. Very disappointing. We had stayed at that same property several years ago when it was owned by another company and it had been quite pleasant.

I was not impressed with this place at all. The staff was extremely rude and inattentive, the property hasn’t been well taken care of since my last visit there 3 years ago. I had to speak to someone higher up after my trip and they made things right but I still wouldn’t recommend this place

Room was good window didn't get wiped off well cause you can see where someone sprayed it n missed areas of wiping cause what was left was dirty from grabbing dirt from the air...otherwise i loved being thete 1st time....i didn't have to use ac or heat ...price was reasonable even though no bigger than the room was id say knock 10$ off of it then it be perfect price....but i would recommend in staying there ...

Upon arrival coming from out of state making it in at 2am we were harassed about a pet fee for the day of the booking which we were not even there for and then were told in a extremely rude and aggressive manner that we eiukd gave to pay 25$ per day otherwise we would have to leave. I booked the reservation through expedia and was not aware of ghusextra rxoense. On top of that there was no laundry machines that worked, broken pool, no gym, vending machines empty, breakfast horrible old and hard muffins and our room was never cleaned. When asking for clean towels since our room wasn't maintenance we were told we'd have to wait until the next day and find the maid! The elevator stopped while I was in it. Horrible horrible horrible and rude staff

Batteries were dead in TV remote. Called front desk and was told they didn't have any and to just change channels on tv itself. Heat unit controls were wonky. Thermostat turned all the way up yet barely kept the room warm. Output vent broken & missing. Someone easily could've stuck their hands inside unit and gotten hurt. Other than that was a clean room with comfortable bed.

Wish I would have stayed across the highway.
No one was at the desk when we arrived. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check us in. Otherwise checkin was great. There were questionable stains in the shower curtain, blood, rust, who knows. There was a hole in the bathroom door that was about fist size. Kind felt like a “No tell Motel”. Way too much light pollution. Need better curtains and a sweep on the bottom of the door. The outside of the building looks great so hopefully the renovations will bring it to a better condition.

The staff were out smoking when they should be at the desk, we're not very helpful. A staff member parked her car in the entrance for the hotel for at least 20 minutes. The breakfast was very minimal without any options for protein. The pool was not available it was closed. There was a hole in the wall in the bedroom in our room the drapes were not proper properly hung slash blackout therefore the sun was coming in. The entrance to the main lobby which is the only way to get in was on a hill and the parking was quite a distance from the hotel. Considering this is a conference center, I would never stay there again. Okay

Room was hard to find, as the numbering arrangement was confusing. There was no "stair option," only an emergency exit ending at the first floor. (I misread the notice on the door.) Scary. Breakfast options were ok, but coffee was pretty bad. Internet was easy, TV workable but awkward. Comfortable bed, heating system. All-in-all, not that bad considering the modest room rate.

Not very clean and smelled like smoke. One person working, Tina was very nice and professional but we encountered another man on the night shift that wasn’t friendly at all or helpful.

Was only on property a few hours do to length of race at Eldora Speedway but very impressive of the clean rooms and property and how quite it was to sleep
