Close to shopping and food. Beds were comfortable. Hallway outside our room smelled very strong of marajuana. Children were not monitored by parents at the pool. Some rules were not enforced by staff.

I love that I had its own jetted tub and room was very clean and it had an indoor pool and hot tub. I will definitely be back someday.

The bed was uncomfortable. There are water stains on the walls where it was once wet. There is only one vent in the king suite so if we wanted privacy from the kids we couldn’t due to the kids would get hot and no air circulating

We stayed there 7 years ago and it was pristine. It seems now to be a tired, not well maintained property. The provided breakfast was above average.

The university Inn is an old Comfort inn and the property is in need of an update. Holes poked in the cupboard door. Bathtub poorly cleaned, heating vents covered in black dust, light switch in the bathroom did not work well probably because the plastic switch had a hole melted in to it. Overall I was not impressed and would not recommend this place.

Desk person was not friendly. He was on his cellphone. We tried to explain that the ice maker wasn't working in our floor and he just argued with us. Our room had hair in the bathroom. Breakfast was a joke! No coffee

Staff was courteous and helped us find restaurants. Breakfasts were very good, but I really wanted some biscuits to go with the gravy. Thanks!

This is an older property and is in need of a complete overhaul. Needs a paint job and lots of plumbing upgrades with regard to the bathroom. I am not sure why but it always seems like there is someone smoking pot in the area of the hotel.

There was a giant chunk of hair on the shower wall from previous guests. Tons of dust everywhere black mold looking material in the bedroom and upon shutting the door a plastic cover fell off the wall revealing a hole in the wall. We alerted the hotel of the issues and they did nothing and even after a crew cleaned they missed all the items mentioned. There was no standard cable and channels were fuzzy. Only 1 remote but there were two tvs which made one tv unusable. Was severely disappointed and would like a refund. I have pictures to show some of the issues.

This hotel has been neglected and is poorly maintained. The building is very dated and the neighborhood seems pretty rough.

The outside and lobby were very nice. The greeting and check in was also very good. The room was disgusting. There were blood marks on the shower curtain, dead bugs, dirt on the baseboards and stains over the walls and carpet. Beds/linen were clean, which after a 9hr drive, was all I needed for the 1 night stay.
