The attendant at the front was rude from the minute I came in to the second I left. Then I get to the room and no tv ( it wouldn’t even power on) let’s just say I would never stay here again.

In short, you get what you pay for. Not a nightmare, but not great either. Not filthy, but not exactly clean.

WOULD have given a very good review, BUT ...

GOOD: The room seemed very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable -- and even the 'comforter' appeared to be clean (thin but clean). I particularly liked that the flooring appears to be some sort of synthetic hardwood -- and so therefore my concerns about all the bacteria that builds up in carpeted rooms was not an issue. DOWNSIDES:1) No phone or other electronic means to communicate with the reception area -- which is fine unless you have an emergency or question. 2) Not only was there no hairdryer in the room, there was no electrical outlet whatsoever in the bathroom. Eventually I did find ONE electrical outlet in the entire room, and that was only about a foot above floor level, and also only about a foot or so from the door to the room. As a result, not only did I have to dig through the trunk of my car to find my 'emergency' hairdryer, I had to dry my hair, bent over, and without benefit of a mirror -- and with a new haircut, that left my hair looking a big mess for the function I had traveled to attend. 3) At least as bad was the fact that it took MUCH longer than it should have for me to shower,: because the tub spigot would not shut off as it should, and as a result the water coming out of the oversized shower head did not have enough water pressure to spray the water out. So the water mainly just fell down about an inch away from the showerhead, and I had to stand under that little stream, hovered immediately next to shower walls. 4) No chain on door..

Only for the very low budget / time constrained.

Doors were busted up and splashed with paint. Hot water was not present in the first 3 rooms we tried. TV looked to be about 30 years old.

Smelled like smoke and other terrible oders.

Smelled bad , bathroom floor slimy, no one to checkout with in the morning. No hot water. Left at 5:15 am because I could not sleep due to the smell.

It was a nasty place. I saw 3 cockroaches when walked in the room. The yard was also very dirty.

Good value - Very Convenient

I have stayed here 3 times. Room is very comfortable, spacious and accessible. Staff is VERY FRIENDLY. By far it's the best value in Chester.

Room is odors !!

When I arrived there building alike older motel but not kindly Budget Inn! So, I entered room is very odors by older carpet around and also bathroom caused me disgust!
