"The check in was super easy.
It is a nice house in a great location.
There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean...

"Our stay was amazing, we would definitely rent again! The owner was very responsive to questions we had and while the house looked small, it was big enough for our family of 9 to be comfortable. The home was very clean and well maintained and came with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and near shopping and restaurants."

"Very nice and quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Fantastic sunrise views across the river from the multi-level deck. Overall great location to see the local attractions. Quick and easy communications with Robert. House was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Only a few issues with the house in which Robert responded in a timely manner. I would recommend giving this quiet little place a try. "

"Our stay for the week was wonderful. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hosts have gone to great lengths to provide many extras to make your stay enjoyable. Lovely home, close to all Jacksonville has to offer. Parking was easy and convenient. Can't say enough about this property. Would absolutely love to stay there again. The hosts were accomodating in every way possible."
