A very cozy and clean cabin, suitable for a large group of people. It was super relaxing to sit by the fire pit and to go on short walks in the neighborhood. We had to drive to do longer hikes, but there are cool hiking spots less than 15 minutes away by car. This cabin is a perfect little get away and has enough to do even if you want to stay on the property and not go anywhere. The property manager was super responsive and answered any questions we had within a few minutes of us messaging her.

We loved our stay here! We picked this located because it was close to Cooperstown and it made it easy to get to the ballpark. The house was beautiful, clean, and the Ashley was amazing!! The yard was well kept the hot tub was amazing! We loved the area and would definitely go again!

Awesome Property

We were in the area for a family wedding and this rental worked perfectly. It really was a home away from home, full kitchen, laundry area. The 2nd floor had a seperate living area, full bath and sleeping area for my son’s family with 2 small children. Had I stayed longer I may have enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.

This cabin was amazing! Everything about it was perfect! Having 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor was very convenient for us because my sister has trouble with stairs. And it was a huge bathroom, with a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, and a big soaking tub. The furniture in the living room was power reclining and very comfortable. The dining room table was very large, as was the island in the kitchen. The upstairs bedroom was a massive room with 4 beds and 2 TVs. And the upstairs bathroom had a huge jetted tub with a handheld shower. There was also a living room and a small office area upstairs as well. Plus, there was a hot tub outside on the patio, but we didn't use it - soaking in the tubs was good enough for us. The cabin itself was set back very far from the road, which was a quiet country road at that. We had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

If you’re looking for a quiet countryside getaway, this location is for you. Situated amongst picturesque upstate NY farms, stunning dark sky at night. Cabin is nicely appointed and hot tub is a plus.

Great week in Cooperstown

We really lucked out with this one. This property was laid out perfectly for 2 families, one couple and their daughter took the downstairs two bedrooms and we took the upstairs with our daughter. We each had our own space. The home was super clean and well stocked. We were worried about the distance to Cooperstown but coming from Las Vegas, we really looked forward to the ride to the fields everyday and the change of scenery. Several of our friends had bad experiences with their houses but ours was just perfect!! I would pick this house again if we come back!

Baseball in Cooperstown

We had the best time staying at the lazy squirrel cabin. It was absolutely beautiful perfectly placed super clean and we were able to get a hold of the owner without any issues and very quick response. We would stay there again anytime best trip ever. Thank you so much,

Cozy cabin near Dreams Park

We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was really clean, well appointed and comfortable, especially the beds, which were heavenly. The open spaces on the main floor and in the top loft are inviting and great for spending time together as a family. Washer/dryer is available and in great working condition as is everything in the kitchen. We were especially grateful for good coffee that was easy to make first thing in the morning. The backyard is beautiful with lovely landscaping and a working, clean hot tub. There is an open basement with two entrance points inside the home that is not accessible to guests. The location is about a 25-30 minute drive from Dreams Park. Not too far and very scenic there and back, even at night time (the stars were gorgeous!). The only issue is once you leave the cabin it doesn't make a lot of sense to keep going back and forth, so that factored into our daily planning. We had good meals at Bocca, Upstate and loved the ice cream at Cooper's Barn. Grateful to Ashley for a really comfortable stay at the cabin. Highly recommend this spot for a stay in Cooperstown.

Amazing Stay!

Ashley has thought of it all! Exquisitely decorated, private country setting and tons of special touches throughout the house. We stayed while my son was at Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week. It was about a 25 minute drive between house and park but the drive is beautiful. Look forward to staying again in the future!

Amazing Property!

This place was amazing! Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean! Great communication and quick responses. The outside is a relaxing oasis. Our family had a wonderful time relaxing after many hours on the baseball fields. Highly recommend this property!! Overall A M A Z I N G !!

A little piece of heaven

Our stay was absolutely delightful! Ashley was very attentive and has gone above and beyond with this property. Every detail was so well thought out. It is beautifully situated in the countryside and is a breath of fresh air. Stargazing from the hot tub is unreal! The drive to/from Dreams Park is only about 20/25 mins and is totally worth it - so scenic. It truly was a little piece of heaven after long day at the fields. This house was perfect for our family of 4, plus the in-laws. Plenty of space to spread out and relax!

Fun family getaway

The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated with contemporary farm chic. The hot tub and fire pit were a family favorite. The yard was great for playing wiffle ball, corn hole and football. It was a twenty minute drive to Cooperstown downtown area. There isn’t much close by the house such as restaurants or convenience stores, but it was beautiful farm fields with with amazing sunsets. We would totally come back here again.

We stayed at this property 6 adults and 4 children, we absolutely loved it. Very clean and spacious for everyone to enjoy. Only thing missing is more garbage bags and hand soap in bathrooms, just because we had so many people. Aside from that everything was perfect 5 stars all around.
