Splendid

Splendid stay perched on a side hill viewing green trees, soaring birds , silent chapels. Azure waters over the far hills to the west. A sturdy box with plenty of sunlight and easy stairs.Clean and also cozy. Wunderschönes Haus im Grünen

Wir waren als Familie mit vier Personen für fünf Tage in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort nicht weit von La Spezia und hat einen tollen Blick in die Berge und ins Grüne. Der nächst größere Ort mit zwei kleine Alimentari ist in fünfzehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss mit Wohnbereich, Küche und einem Badezimmer sowie einem Obergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem weiteren Bad. Vor dem Wohnzimmer ist eine große Terrasse, vor der Küche eine kleine Terrasse und vor beiden Schlafzimmern ein Balkon. Alles ist praktisch und schön eingerichtet, so dass wir einen perfekten Aufenthalt hatten. Das Haus war Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre, Strandbesuche in Lerici und den Besuch von La Spezia. Die Kommunikation mit Stefania war sehr gut, sie hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben.

Lovely oasis for a family

We loved this villa, its location and the tranquility we experienced. Perfect distance away from the cinque terre so that we could do day trips and come back at the end of the day to relax. Everything we needed was available in the villa and the A/C was a huge plus!

Very Nice Place

This place is very well set up in a nice secluded location. It's close enough to the town that you can walk in if you need anything, however we found it much more useful driving in to La Spezia to the shopping centre. Stefania was great, very responsive and helpful! Thanks again.

The way the property was listed said it was close to train and hiking trails. We were thinking we could leave our car and walk to train. That was not possible. Other than that it was great.

Cozy nest

This Casa is really cosy and clean, it is about 10 minutes from La Spezia, well situated. there are king beds in each room and the AC works good and seems new. There are restaurants and food markets near by. Getting to the property can be quite an experience if you are not use to steep hills and real narrow roads. This Casa is worth the money, downside being no dishwasher and not enough toilet paper. Note to those who wish to grap the train in La Spezia central, arrive early for there is no way you will be able to park in the town.

Perfektes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Ein toller Urlaub in einem perfekten Ferienhaus: es ist sehr geräumig, modern ausgestattet, zwei tolle Bäder, Balkone zum Verweilen, Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick in die Landschaft, sehr sauber und eigener Parkplatz. Zu allen Zielen in der Umgebung ist es nicht weit. Die Dörfchen im Umkreis bieten alles was man zum Leben braucht - Läden, Restaurants, Bars :-)

Charming!

My family of 3 (2 adults and 17 YO) spent 3 nights here in July while exploring the Cinque Terre area. The house is immaculately clean and very comfortable. Although it has no AC, with the doors open upstairs there is a lovely cross-breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed. While it was too hot to sit on the terrace, it has a beautiful view over the hills. While a bit far from 5T, this house offered a charming respite from the July heat and craziness...thank you for a lovely stay!
