"Friendly welcome even though we arrived late; about 7pm. Room was tidy, warm and full kitchen facilities were perfect. Close to New World to buy groceries for our 3 nights. Cleaners were lovely as well. As they are pet friendly, i will be bringing my dog next time. "

"Great overnight stay again though the heatpump was noisy and struggled with the winter temperatures. A blind over the kitchen window would be a great addition. Great location to experience the New Brighton Pier & hot pools"

"This was a great location and fairly priced. The hosts go out of their way to provide extras like each towels. Public transportation to downtown Christchurch and airport is about 1 block away and runs every 15 minutes until late. There are lots of restaurants nearby along with grocery, pharmacy, and coffee shops. "

"Great for an overnight stay parking challenging and not available where we were advised to park! Bed great quiet environment the wand in the coffee milk machine hadn't been cleaned the shower has a lot of mould growing around the base! Location and directions were great "

"We were very comfortable with our stay. I didn't realize the bedrooms weren't air conditioned but as long as you close it up during the day and open up the bedroom windows in the evening it is good. It was nice staying in a place so new. Everything was very clean. It's a very short walk to Woolworths and the Warehouse Extra (great store) as well as restaurants. It's about a 40 minute walk to Cathedral Square. "

"Good location with parking. Electronic entry lock was frustrating at times. Made contact in regard to shortage of towels and a few basic kitchen items that would have been useful as we were there for six nights, The Manager initially responded but no action taken or advised otherwise."
