"Our family had a great time during our spring break. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our day trips to the ATM cave, Mayan ruins in Belize, and visiting Tikal. The host was great and met us on arrival and was there for check out. You should also consider arranging for the arrival dinner. It was really good and made for a relaxing first night.the gardens were beautiful, well maintained and the kids loved the pool."

"Beautiful property within a community still being built. This is going to be a fantastic development when fully finished. You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). "Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Front room has no A/C but if both bedroom doors were open and the fans were turned on, it cooled down nicely. We only used the A/C when we were there during the day and we were fine. The furnishings were fine too. Neighbor hood was typical Belize with both nice and run down houses. We loved having coffee on the back patio listening to the birds and the plunge pool was refreshing after a day exploring the town. "Overall, the property was great. We did have the hot water heater go out, and there is an air conditioning in every room, but the property manager communicated great greatly and provided us a discount of 50 for the inconvenience of not having hot water for three of our four days there."
