Caravan was clean and had lovely big duvets on the beds. We had comfort van and it was very spacious. Kitchen adequately equipped for our needs. We had no fuss or interaction with any other travellers bar polite ‘hellos’ in passing. Lots of the vans were privately owned and you could see the care and pride taken. Didn’t use any facilities as we came for a quiet get away.

Nice place, very clean overall. Had a few hiccups, lady at the desk kept getting the numbers 6 and 9 mixed up and sent us with the wrong key and then sent staff to the wrong caravan. The cot was not already in the caravan, had to ring up to get it, was delivered but smelt of smoke and was broken and had to take it back. A staff member caught us halfway to the reception and kindly took it and got us a brand new one. Overall the customer service is top notch and everyone was very friendly and helpful to fix these mistakes. The on-site bar and restaurant is really expensive with small portions, it has a onsite fish and Chips which is a more affordable option and very tasty. Although the Pollock fillets had bones in them. Will come back again, very nice place xx

The tv didnt work at all , no remote there cubard.in toilet fell on me.in there, 4 button on seating were mising exposing bear sharpe metal called office about tv said someone be over in few mins waited 3 hours called out of hours services man came over in 5 mins changed tv , thick cobwebs inside fire not been cleaned bird poo over front window looks like it been there a couple weeks as hard on window, scissors didnt work nor did tin opener, no spatular , big chunk of plastic mising out door fram on bedroom cut my hand on it, curtin.in bedroom window has holes in it so my over all impression of the site is this is the worst caravan holiday iv ever had its definatley not a company to be used

Had a lovely time here, accommodation was perfect, all facilities were available. Indoor swimming pool was family friendly, enjoyed our time here with lovely walks to the beach, very safe place, thank you.

Caravan was in a great spot facing everything, caravan was cosy enough, there were quite a few crumbs all over the floor and cobwebs on the windows but apart from that everything was fine for us . The staff at reception are very helpful and friendly too , I would 100% come again

Wales makes for a great holiday location

It was a great holiday. There was something for everyone. The app provided also made finding info and booking real easy. The caravan was super nice. The locals were also all very kind and hospitable. Will definitely be coming again.

Check in was easy. Caravan was ok but living room sofa had what looked like dog hair on and are stained. Kitchen and bathroom where clean. Also bedrooms where also clean. Overall ok

Had the greatest stay. Relaxing, and a few minute walk to the beach. Staff left some lovely little touches for us, for our stay. Great value too!

The road way entrance is very narrow and its quite difficult to do sharp left turn, we are having hard time for the way in and out of the car.
