"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in both in terms of the gorgeous building with lots of original features and the owners. "A wonderful stay for 4 nights - the property is situated just out of the main area of Betws-y-coed which was brilliant as the town was crazy busy all the time - it was good to be able to get away.
