"We enjoyed a lovely time at the Metropole hotel in Llandrindod Wells. Our room was quiet, clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a swim in the Spa pool which was a wonderful experience. We ate in the Brasserie and enjoyed delicious food and service. Breakfast was also delicious ..."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. For us the narrow entrance to the car park was too much of a risk so we paid to use the public car park. We should have asked for a walk in shower and no stairs so unfortunately there were two flights of stairs and we were unable to use the bath (a learning curve!). ..."

"very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access ..."
