This contemporary home spans 95 m² and accommodates up to six guests across three fully air-conditioned double bedrooms, each paired with its own bathroom. The ground floor hosts one bedroom, while the remaining two are positioned on the upper level, accessed by stairs. The living space is bright and inviting, centred around a comfortable seating area and a smart TV, while the adjoining kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine and essential kitchenware, allowing guests to enjoy home-style dining at their leisure. Large glass doors open onto the terrace, where an outdoor dining area and coal barbecue set the scene for relaxed evenings beside the private pool, surrounded by views of the garden and the tranquil atmosphere of the complex.



Seraphea benefits from thoughtful amenities including single-unit air conditioning, soundproofing, wardrobes, highchairs for young children, washing machine, ironing facilities, safety deposit box and complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout. Guests are also provided with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. Free public road parking is available nearby without reservation. Car hire and airport shuttle services are offered for an additional charge, and the property operates with quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00, ensuring peaceful nights for all guests.



Extra costs include airport transfers, car hire and any additional services requested locally. A damage deposit of €300 is required on arrival by credit card and returned within seven days of departure, subject to inspection. There is no on-site staff; however, remote assistance is available if required. Children of all ages are welcome, with complimentary cots offered upon request and subject to availability. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted, and the minimum check-in age is 25.
