Say hello to the gorgeous Villa Kiotari Sun, located right next door to its sister villas Kiotari Sky and Star. Accommodating two people each, these villas can be booked together to accommodate bookings of up to six people. Ideally located for beachgoers, this villa is only 50m from the sandy shoreline and makes for a great day at the beach. Alternatively, local tavernas are a stone's throw away for those who like to sample local cuisines, cooked with only the finest of local produce.
The villa itself is cosy, with an open-plan living room and kitchen, a double bedroom, and a modern washroom with a rainfall shower. The outside is just as inviting, with your own 4x2m pool for cooling off under the midday sun, reclining sun loungers, and your own bistro set for your morning coffees or late nightcaps.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 69cm wide alongside 8 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm. The terrace is reasonably flat and tiled, although small. This can be seen in the images. The pool requires ladder access. This is a ground-floor property where the bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the shower room door is 64cm wide.
