Lovely villa with everything needed for a lovely holiday. In a great spot on the mountain with beautiful view of the sea.Plenty of outdoor space. Pool large with Roman steps. Had a great holiday and would happily return.

There are 3 standouts from this property - 1st is the privacy you enjoy as 1 of 3 villas in this development. 2nd is the view which is literally breath takingly beautiful perched on a hill side overlooking Tsampika beach. 3rd is the amazing host Patricia who provides great information and recommendations and responds within hours to all emails. This was very helpful in optimising our first visit to Rhodes. We were a party of 5 ranging from 22 to 64 and we all loved it. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

An excellent choice for a stay in Rhodes. The villa is beautiful and fully equipped, especially the outdoor areas. The pool is among the best we have ever experienced, the garden is spacious and very enjoyable, and the view is truly breathtaking. The care and the availability of the host, Patricia, made the whole stay even better.We spent a week at the villa and greatly appreciated its convenient location—ideal both for exploring the island’s main attractions and for enjoying relaxing days at nearby Tsambika Beach. Patricia also provided us a mini guide to the points of interest on the island, which was very helpful.If we were to return to the island, we would definitely choose this house again.

Our stay at this villa was an absolute dream. I’ve rarely experienced such breathtaking views – truly unforgettable. Everything worked perfectly, and Patricia and her husband were always available, attentive, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. The villa itself is ideal for a family getaway, offering comfort, space, and everything you could possibly need. On top of that, the surrounding beaches are simply stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommended!

Fantastic stay!

Our family had the most amazing stay at Patricia’s villa. The pool was the best one we have used yet. The villa was spacious, cool, well stocked, and supplied and offered everything we needed. We felt safe and secure too. Would definitely recommend the location too!

Wonderful place!

Stayed at Patricia’s wonder villa for a week in the Easter holidays and we had a brilliant time. The villa is very spacious and the pool area exceptionally nice too. Peace and quiet with views over Tsambika beach was absolute bliss for us all. Everything on the island is within easy reach and the location means you can pop to the beach within a few minutes and see the whole island form the.hills above too. A superb villa and would highly recommend as Patricia and Anthony were very helpful with everything from start to finish.Absolutely brilliant place for a holiday

Excellent Villa

The outside area was amazing and views to the sea were outstanding. The air conditioning was really good and very welcome as a break from the heat. Patricia was very helpful and easy to contact.There was a list of suggestions for local restaurants which was helpful and the food that the panarama restaurant was excellent.We would definitely recommend this Villa

Lovely Villa with Stunning Views and Wonderful Pool

We had a fabulous 2 weeks in Rhodes and loved this spacious and well-equipped villa, which is perfectly located between Rhodes and Lindos. There are good local shops and conveniences & the lovely sandy Tsambika beach - all in a short drive, and many excellent restaurants within a 15 min drive. Car rental is essential, but we had a quad bike as well and travelled 494km during our 7-day hire, as well as further journeys in the car, so we feel we experienced a lot of the island. We visited Lindos/Acropolis and Rhodes – twice, and toured virtually the entire island, both on the coastal roads from Rhodes, down to Lindos, Prassonisi and up to Kritinia Castle and Ancient Kameiros, as well as cross country, through/around the mountain ranges, which we loved, including several amazing lunches, plus a sunset visit to Monolithos Castle – which was absolutely spectacular! However, the real highlight is waking up each morning and going outside into such a beautiful environment with the expansive views of the coast & surrounding area and the lovely large pool for refreshment. It is truly a unique, relaxing, and energising place to be. Patricia, the villa owner/host was extremely helpful and responsive; from our initial enquiry & queries, prior to our arrival - with lots of useful information, and during our stay, so we felt well supported throughout & would not hesitate to recommend the villa and hope to return soon - to visit the areas we didn’t see during our wonderful 2 week holiday.

Wir sind im Dunklen dank der perfekten Wegbeschreibung sehr gut angekommen. Wir konnten schon am ersten Abend unseren Wein auf der schönen Terrasse genießen. Am Morgen erfolgte dann der „Wow“-Effekt… Dieser wunderbare Ausblick auf das Meer, der schöne Garten, das so gut ausgestattete Haus, die schönen Zimmer. Alles war perfekt. Beautiful Villa in a tranquil setting

The villa is just as described and pictured with amazing views and plenty of outside space. The location is convenient for accessing places to visit but feels secluded and peaceful. The air conditioning works very well and comfortable spacious rooms meant we all slept very well. The pool is very clean and beautifully maintained along with the lush planting outside. We would definitely recommend this villa and the communication with owner was very helpful before and during the stay. Hope to return one day soon!

Lovely villa, with beautiful views

We have just enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks here. The villa is spacious, well equipped and comfortable even in the heatwave whilst we were there. The garden and pool are the real feature of the property with stunning views over the bay. We spent many hours enjoying the pool! Location is perfect, easy journey from the airport, ideal beach for the family, lovely tavernas and lots of lovely places like Lindos, Butterfly Valley and Rhodes Old Town within easy reach. Patricia was a great host, easy to reach and made sure our stay was supported with lots of advice and guidance. We would definitely return!

First class holiday

A wonderful Villa, no issues at all - very spacious and superb location. Great view and the local beaches were excellent. Found the Panorama restaurant a bit pricey but otherwise all the restaurants were great especially those in Lindos. The beach really is wonderful - ample parking in all venues which was a joy ! The information pack provided by the owners is extremely helpful - probably the the most accurate we have ever been given. The whole holiday, location and beaches and villa were superb. One final point - the local goats to the villa were lovely - a really nice touch to a beautiful holiday.

Great pool with fantastic view

We really had a lovely week at the Villa. It is a great location with lots of walks and trails around. The beaches in the vicinity are great and really easy to get to. The kids loved the beaches and playing in and around the pool, which we found to be a really good size to actually swim some lengths! Patricia was a great host, providing loads of really useful information about the villa and Rhodes, and was on hand to assist whenever required. Having an Amazon Fire Stick was also great to keep the kids entertained when required! We had a great time thanks! x

Great stay

Lovely villa with spectacular views. There was everything we needed, including a generous welcome pack. Patricia provided helpful information, and the whole process from booking to leaving was very smooth. Tsampika beach is wonderful, and local restaurants are friendly with good food. 20-25 mins drives to Lindos and Rhodes town, which are well worth a visit. A great week. Thank you.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit Meerblick

Mitte September verbrachten wir eine wundervolle Woche in dieser phantastischen Villa mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, das Haus war sehr gut aufgeteilt mit 3 Bädern, sodass wir mehr als genug Platz hatten. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum ! Blick auf das Meer und den schönen Strand Tsambika, wunderbare bequeme Gartenmöbel und ein traumhafter sehr großer Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Das Geschirr ist geschmackvoll und absolut ausreichend vorhanden, besonders gut gefiel uns das Vorhandensein von bruchsicherem Geschirr für die Poolarea. Es gibt Außenrolläden, zur Sicherheit und gegen das Aufheizen durch die Sonne. Mein morgendliches Highlight waren die Sonnenaufgänge , die ich vom Bett aus sehen konnte! Die Lage dieser wunderbaren Villa auf Rhodos ist genial, man ist sehr schnell überall, in Rhodos Stadt, Lindos oder auch in den Bergen, an der Westküste oder Prasonisi ganz im Süden. Ganz einzigartig war eine hervorragende Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin der Villa - liebe Patrica, wir möchten uns auch auf diesem Wege noch einmal für die hervorragende Unterkunft und die liebe Betreuung bedanken und dass wir eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Villa verbringen konnten!

Beautiful property in idyllic location

Great property with very helpful host. Arrived to a welcome pack containing bread, butter, milk , eggs and more which were highly appreciated since our delayed flights meant we missed the shops! We had a wonderful time here A perfect spot in the hills with sea views. The villa was lovely with good air conditioning and blinds for a good nights sleep. Great pool and lots of places to sit outside and read or eat. Lovely beach nearby with lots to do for the kids. Archangelos nearby had plenty of shops and restaurants.

Excellent choice

We have just spent a glorious week at this villa. The villa was very well equipped and the outside area was just gorgeous, with so many places to sit out, and plenty of shade. The views of the sea are just amazing. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols and the pool was a great size. Patricia was such as good host, and communication was excellent. Would love to return some time in the future and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Stunning setting

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this comfortable well equipped villa. The outside areas are amazing with stunning views. Lots of water sports activities in nearby beaches to keep teenagers happy.
