Lovingly furnished house in a quiet location with heated pool and sea views

This holiday home, built in 2014, is situated in a quiet location - yet only a stone's throw away from the beach (about 500m) and the village center of Gennadis (about 500m) away. The house is fully air conditioned.

On the ground floor you will find the living room, the kitchen, the dining area and a small guest toilet.
In the living room (newly furnished in April 2019) you will find books and games, a cloakroom with shoe rack, a wardrobe for clothes and a TV with satellite reception. For other guests we have in addition to the 2 bedrooms upstairs a comfortable sofa bed (with topper for more comfort) for 2 people (bed 160 x 200 cm) integrated in the living room. The sofa provides storage space for the bedding, so that during the day everything can be stowed quickly on request. All windows in the house have mosquito protection and shutters. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There should be nothing missing, from the garlic press to sharp knives everything is there. Sufficient crockery and cutlery as well as a dishwasher and a freezer compartment in the fridge are also indispensable for us on vacation. A WEBER gas grill can be used. Tea towels and small guest towels in the toilet are also included.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The bedrooms received new beds, mattresses and lamps in April 2019 (1 bed with a bed 160x200cm and 1 bed with a bed 180x200cm). In both bedrooms there is the possibility of a baby travel bed (2 pieces are available for free).

Drink your first cup of coffee or tea in the morning on one of the small balconies and enjoy the magnificent sea view. There is hardly a better start to the day. The bathroom with toilet, shower and window offers plenty of closets around the vanity plenty of storage space for toiletries.

The beautiful outdoor area invites you to linger. It has 6 sunbeds with umbrellas and a dining table with 6 chairs.

The outdoor shower has a hot water connection and makes the "showers with a view" all year round a real feel-good moment.

In the garden house you will find various pool toys and a drinks fridge, as well as space to store your bags available.

The pool measures 8x4 meters and is heated during the months of April, May and October.

The house is child-friendly designed and provided with secure sockets, so that the parents can relax, when the little ones go on a discovery tour.
