Belvedere Medieval Villa in Old Town

Belvedere
Medieval Villa This beautiful property is located inside the walls of the
historical Medieval Town of Rhodes. While it is a few steps away from
historical monuments and attractions, shops, bars and restaurants, the area is
very quiet.
The house
is split in two levels; the ground floor area consists of a fully equipped
kitchen with brand new appliances: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine,
espresso maker, hob and oven. There is also a living room on the ground floor
with two large comfy sofas and a 43" UHD 4K TV with Netflix. On the first
floor there are two separate bedrooms with new king size beds and a shared
bathroom. Theres an outdoor area on the ground floor with a dinning table for
6 people that is surrounded by colorful plants and a huge palm tree. Our guests
are more than welcome to use the bbq equipment. There is also a separate area
on the ground floor where the second bathroom is located.





The
Medieval Town of Rhodes has 7 main entrances, the closest one to the house is
the Gate of Saint Athanasius. There is parking available just outside the gate.
From there, due to vehicle restrictions inside the walls of the Medieval Town,
you will have to walk for 3-4 minutes to
get to the property. As you enter the
walls of the Old Town (Omirou Street) from St. Athanasius Gate, take the first
left corner (there is a bakery just at the corner). This street (100 meters)
will take you to Ippodamou Street. The property is located on 55 Ippodamou
Street (you will reach it on your right hand side after 300 meters).


Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night

Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately.
