Amazing villa

Great accommodation for a quiet relaxing holiday

The villa is spacious and set in lovely private grounds. You are not overlooked by anyone. For dinners and relaxing you will not want for anything. Only remarks would be that Afandou as an area was very quiet end of September and the restaurants were very limited within walking distance. Great if you want to just stay at the Villa and use the BBQ and pizza oven. Areas for improvement would be increase in the amount of cutlery etc for the number of guests (3 mugs between 6 adults was not ideal). I would also expect for the cost a mid week clean, for our stay we were unable to find brooms or hoovers to give it a little clean which by the end of the week was problematic with small children. Leonidas was a great host and very responsive to some of the questions and requests that we had.

Rhodes Villa

The property itself is beautiful and the kitchen very well appointed. Unfortunately, the photos do not reveal the dirt fields surrounding the beautifully landscaped property. As a result, when you look out above the hedge all you see is dirt between the property and the ocean.

Afantou beach villa - a piece of paradise on Rhodes

This property is perfect for up to five couples and was very clean and spacious. The pool was a welcome bonus as was the outside barbecue. The property is within easy walking distance to Afantou beach and views from the second floor were stunning. The only drawback to this property was that it is somewhat isolated but if you're looking for a private location this would be the right choice. The host responded and acted promptly to our calls.

Beautiful Seaside Home

We were very pleased with this vacation rental. Leonides, the property owner, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated with us frequently before our arrival, assisted us with car rentals, and made suggestions for places to visit. He greeted us at the home graciously allowing us to check in at a time that worked with our arrival time on the island. When he met us at the property he walked us through the home fully explaining how everything worked. . The property exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. What you get matched the online photos completely. All of the bedrooms are large with en-suite bathrooms which worked well for us since we were a large group. The property is across the street from the sea and beaches. The on-site pool and lounge areas are generously sized. The cities of Rhodes and Lindos are both about an easy 30 minute drive easy. The location is quite secluded and it was a bit of a challenge initially finding the property but it’s secluded location was what initially drew us to this property. We wanted something close to attractions but away from the craziness that you sometimes find in resort locations and the property delivered. We were very pleased with our stay on Rhodes finding its people friendly and sites and beaches beautiful. We were also pleased with this home and we would recommend this property without reservations.

Villa Belvedere hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es war viel grösser wie gedacht. Die 5 Schlafzimmer haben alle ein eigenes Badzimmer und das Wohnzimmer ist gross und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus war sehr sauber und auch Garten und Schwimmbad sehr schön. Die Aussicht vom Dachterrasse war super und auch etwas kühler. Auf der Terasse beim Wohnzimmer war es am morgen zu warm, selbst in Oktober. Von der Villa aus, kann man ohne lang zu fahren viele Aktivitäten unternehmen. Der Umgebung beim Villa ist ruhig. Der See lag nur ein Paar Schritten entfernt. Ingesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können es jeder empfehlen.

Super schöne Ferien

Es waren super schöne Tage in Afandou! Die Villa ist super schön. Sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet. Die Liegen am Pool sehr bequem. Der Pizzaofen mussten wir einfach ausprobieren. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis und die Pizza war perfekt! Die obere Terrasse war perfekt für den Apéro mit Blick aufs Meer! Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, daher etwas kalt. Das ist aber auch das einzige Kriterium. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, dass Leonidas immer erreichbar war, für Fragen oder Wünsche! Ein sehr guter Service! Herzliche Dank.

We had a wonderfull stay at Leonidas villa. Great area, great pool, villa is amazing !

We past one week at Leonidas villa and enjoyed every day of our stay. Leonidas make sure everything is ok. He scheduled chef Goerges as our request for two nights. The villa is located 25 minutes from everything : nices beaches, Rhodes city. Thanks for this wonderfull week.

Perfect place in a most peaceful area

We recently spent 2 wonderful weeks in Rhodes and stayed at Belvedere Beachfront Villa. This really luxury property suited our needs fully! All the areas of the villa were well thought through - starting from the swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful blooming garden, ending with spacious areas inside and well-equipped kitchen. We could feel a real “care” invested to functionality and interior details! Villa is located in a place what is very quiet and peaceful, yet very close to everything if you wish to explore the island. The beach is just a few steps away and not crowded at all, so we had no need to drive around looking for wild beaches. It is perfect for those who appreciate privacy! The owner of the villa, Leonidas, was very kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. With his recommendations we had explored local restaurants and tavernas we would never get to on our own. When we were asked at the end of our stay if something was missing, we could not think of anything! This is definitely the place to came back to!

This is a truly amazing property, clearly built with attention to detail and flawless in every way.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Alex is a great host who cares about the experience of the people that are lucky enough to visit his amazing house. We were greeted by Alex at the house at the time of check-in and he was kind enough to provide us with all of the information we needed and some great local wine and products. We had two families traveling and everyone was blown away with the quality and overall state of the house and the grounds. Great pool and fantastic high quality furnishings throughout the house are guaranteed to meet even the highest expectations. The house is located conveniently and close to all popular locations so it was easy to get around and find great places to eat and enjoy everything that this amazing island has to offer. There was absolutely nothing that anyone could complain about and I would definitely recommend this amazing house to anyone visiting the island.
