Beachfront Villa, located on Afandou Beach, is a stylish seaside retreat
accommodating up to 10 guests. This beachfront luxurious summer home, just a
few steps from Afandou beach (Blue Flag) in Rhodes Island, is the perfect
choice for unwinding under the warm Aegean sun with peace and quiet that will
restore your soul.
It offers
spacious living areas, modern amenities, and direct beach access. Ideal for
families or groups, the villa combines comfort, privacy, and beautiful sea
views for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
Belvedere
Beachfront Villa, located on Afandou Beach, is a spacious and stylish retreat
ideal for up to 10 guests. The villa features five bedrooms with double beds,
three on the ground floor and two on the first floor, offering comfort and
privacy for all guests. There are five bathrooms in total, including three
ensuite bathrooms connected to the 1st, 2nd, and 5th bedrooms. The first
bedrooms ensuite includes a bathtub, while the others are equipped with
showers. Two additional bathrooms with showers are available, one on each
floor.
The villa
offers a fully equipped kitchen and two inviting living rooms, one on the
ground floor and one on the first floor, with a game console available for
entertainment. The outdoor area has a 4100 sq. m. lawn garden with trees,
multicolor buganvilias around the fence, jasmine and many local herbs and
flowers. Guests can enjoy a large private pool surrounded by sunbeds, a
pergola, and two parasols, along with a dining area and comfortable outdoor
furniture. A ping pong & a charcoal BBQ are also provided for leisure
and gatherings. For security reasons, a CCTV camera is installed at the
entrance.
This summer
home is ideally positioned to explore the entire island. Starting of from the
Afandou village in close proximity where you can find small local shops with
traditional products, family owned bakeries, cute cafes and bars, but also
large supermarkets, pharmacies, the medical center, and 24/7 ATM service.











The
beautiful city of Rhodes is 20 kilometers away from the villa and you will be
driving on a safe highway to get there. Whatever your travelling style, the
city of Rhodes will satisfy. If you are looking to discover the local history
the famous Medieval City an UNESCO World Heritage Monument should be your
destination. Historical buildings pop up in every corner of the island, so make
sure you have plenty of walks around the City. For the foodies theres an
abundance of restaurants with all types of cuisine including traditional
dishes, Greek Tapas and a very vivid Italian influence with lots of pizza &
pasta places. One of the best-hidden gems for foodies -visitors & locals-
is a seafood restaurant situated less than a minute from the property. The golf
players will enjoy their vacation in the 18-hole, par-73 golf course, only 2
kilometers away from the villa.


Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
