The hotel seems brand new. Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff members we interacted with were very amicable.

Loved the decor! Didnt care for main sitting area and dining area and check in area all combined. Felt we were all in each others way.

Excellent Stay
The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. Staff was accommodating. The only complaint was water temperature. I ran a bath and the water got cold before the run was 1/4 full.

Beautiful brand new building, staff was very friendly my major issue was noise during sleeping hours. We heard banging and vacuuming on and off waking us up throughout the night. I would imagine this will be resolved shortly. Also pool was not completed if you are wanting that feature.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't get the rest that you deserve. Our number one priority is making sure that our guests enjoy their stay and feel as if our Hotel is a home away from home. There are still a few areas under construction, however we try not to vacuum after 8 pm. We'll continue to train our staff on the appropriate way to give the best experience to all our guests regardless of construction happening or not. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is appreciated. Thank you for helping us be the best we can be. The pool should be open very soon.
