The home was a perfect for for our family and celebration. It is a wonderful and well equpped home in a beautiful setting. The location of the property is excellent with Rhinebeck Village very nearby. The host is very welcoming and provided excdellent communication.

Wonderful time had by all

My family of sixteen spent the week here and loved everything about the house. There was something for everyone - grandparents, children and grandchildren. we spent hours in the pool, Mutiple workouts in the gym, endless competitive pool and ping pong games and a daily Disney zombie movie for the grandchildren in the theater. Loved the 16-person table which allowed us all to eat together every night. Did visit Holy Cow Ice cream, Poets Walk and did dinner in town one night but so much to do at house we did not need to leave. Easy communications with management and supplies were more than I have seen at other places. Some nice touches- Mutiple pool toys, floats and pool towels, toiletries in bathroom, extra fridge and freezer in garage, lots of games for all ages, spa was great for young kids that we did not want in hot tub, blankets on each recliner in movie theater just to name a few. Thank you for sharing your home!

We hosted a get-away weekend with friends and the property was perfect. There was lots of privacy, which was nice. The home was well stocked. Communications with the property host and property manager was easy. Everything at the home was in working condition. We had a great time.

Wonderful stay!

We can’t say enough about our wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We were there for a girls weekend and it was the perfect spot – beautiful pool, huge kitchen, and gorgeous rolling property to walk. We ended up booking Wayne for a delicious chef’s dinner who the owner recommended and the food was absolutely delicious. We also booked a masseuse to come to the property who was recommended by Wayne who is fantastic (Debbie). The owner and property manager were extremely communicative and helpful. We would definitely come back and I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great Space for a Reunion

Our family enjoyed our time at the property- it was a great place for us all to gather. The property managers were incredibly helpful and responsive to the few things that needed attention during our stay. The pool area is the shining star of this home. You can expect the house/ furnishings to be in mostly good shape and as photographed-. The layout of the bedrooms/ shared bathrooms did surprise us a bit despite careful review of photos and listing video tour. Overall great stay!

Honest feedback

The house looked much nicer from the photos than it did in person. House needs some TLC and updating. The pool needs to be redone, new pool furniture. The cushions by the fire pit need to be replaced, we’re very dirty. All of the mattresses need to be replaced. There should be 2 washers and 2 dryers for that size house. The dryer took several cycles to dry towels. The top level is very warm during the day with a noisy portable unit in the master bedroom. It cooled off as the evening approached. Phone service was extremely limited. Be aware that there are a flock of geese on the property. In the morning we had to wash their poop off the deck of the pool. The house manager, Mike was very responsive when contacted after the coffee maker broke. While we had a great time, and the house is conveniently located near the beautiful town of Rhinebeck, we would not choose to return to this property.

Huge, spotless, generously equipped, fun vacation home

Huge, spotless, generously equipped, fun for all! This property had a lot of space: bedrooms and baths were big. Dining table accommodated much bigger group than ours. Play area (ping pong) and theater were a big hit with children. Pool and hot tub made everyone happy. There were a million inflatable toys, and a quick fill inflator made set up a snap. In contrast to several comparably priced VRBO locations we have used, this estate had everything (pool, AC, appliances, lights, doors, plumbing, etc.) in perfect working order. And, again in contrast to others, it was generously equipped with towels (pool and bathroom), paper products (including Kleenex), toiletries, soap (dish, dishwasher, laundry, baby), trash bags and trash barrels. It really made the stay there relaxing for us (the hosts of our group) and our family.

This house had so much going for it! Great location, huge space, every bell and whistle imaginable. Very well furnished and equipped. We had a lovely time, and I can't imagine a place we'd have enjoyed more.

Great house

Our family of 16 thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. We enjoyed the spaciousness, pool and grill,fully equipped kitchen and exercise room. We would stay there again.

Family reunion

Overall, we had a good experience—16 family members, ranging in age from adult to infant. Opportunities for improvement include too hot on top floor with primary room and attached 2 queen bedroom. We called and the maintenance man brought 3 fans, which helped somewhat. Still remained hot and humid. As for the beds, they were ALL platform beds, meaning all were low to the floor and very difficult for those in the party over 60!! The fountains did not work in the pool, as depicted in the pictures. Several doors had no locks and it’s apparent that areas need to be updated! We did enjoy the pool and large kitchen area and plenty of seating!

The House is a Destination

The house had many amenities that made staying here so enjoyable. Everything is as advertised and more, with attention to details such as well stocked bathrooms and extra towels. Would go back with a group again.

Highly recommend!

Great home, conveniently located near town, the train station, and nice hikes! Stayed here with some friends and we loved that there was plenty of space to hang out in the beautiful backyard and eat meals together in the kitchen. Would recommend for a family or group of friends!

Wonderful house

This house was as beautiful as it seems in the pictures. There were 18 of us in the house and each of the rooms were spacious and we had more than enough beds with 2 to a bed (1 to a bed in bunk bed room). The hot tub was clean and easy to work. The house manager was easy to communicate with and there was no issue during check in or check out.
