This comfortable holiday home with lake view is situated in a beautiful wooded location in a holiday settlement on Lake Bramin on a separate recreational plot. As the Braminsee is PRIVATELY OWNED, it may NOT be used for fishing and swimming. Beautiful bathing spots and fishing opportunities at the Großer Zermittensee or the Großer Zechliner See are approx. 1,200 metres away. The approx. 55 m² holiday home has a cosy living room (couch, wood-burning stove, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC).There is also a beautiful covered veranda with a view of the lake (limited in summer when there is foliage), various seating options on the spacious property, a barbecue, a bicycle storage room and a car parking space at the house. The use of bicycles or a rowing boat (also with electric motor) on the Großer Zechliner See (approx. 1.2 km away) is possible by arrangement and includes final cleaning, electricity, gas and water costs. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Spa tax, firewood (on request) 5 EUR/basket. Pets are not allowed in this property. DZV894 (mobile flat) and DZV258 can be rented together, ideal for groups of up to 6 people.



The region around the Bramin, Großer Zermitten and Großer Zechliner lakes is located in the middle of the Rheinsberg lake district in the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park in the north of Brandenburg and is characterised by its wooded and natural surroundings. Other interconnected lakes are located in the immediate vicinity and offer the best conditions for water hiking, fishing and swimming. But nature lovers looking for peace and quiet who enjoy cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and wildlife watching are also in the right place here.administratively, the area belongs to Kagar, a district of the town of Rheinsberg, which is approx. 14 km away. In Kagar there is a public landing stage for rowing and canoeing boats, restaurants and a small shop for everyday products. There is a supermarket in Flecken-Zechlin, approx. 8 km away, and other shops and restaurants in Rheinsberg.
