Welcome to ICELAND SJF APARTMENTS 201, a bright and spacious 72 m² apartment, built in 2022 and centrally located in Reykjavík, close to Hlemmur Food Hall, Laugavegur, restaurants, cafés, shops and many of the city’s main attractions.

Located on the second floor with elevator access, the apartment accommodates up to 6 guests.

Please note: The photos show the apartment fully prepared to accommodate 6 guests, including the sofa bed set up for sleeping.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed (192 × 203 cm), wardrobe and access to a private balcony with street views. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and wardrobe. The living-room sofa converts into a comfortable bed for guests 5 and 6.

The spacious living room opens onto the second private balcony overlooking the garden and features a 65-inch Samsung QLED Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, with dining space for 6.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and heated towel rail.

Guests also enjoy free washing machines and dryers, located in a separate laundry building on the ground floor.

The building has an elevator and good wheelchair access. Security cameras cover the building entrances, and there is a video doorbell outside the apartment. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

Free parking is included, a valuable benefit in Reykjavík where much of the central parking is paid.

The popular Hlemmur area is nearby, with excellent public transport connections and Hlemmur Food Hall. Reykjavík’s famous Laugavegur shopping street is also within easy reach, offering a great selection of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops.

Many of Reykjavík’s best-known attractions are easily accessible, including Hallgrímskirkja Church, Harpa Concert Hall, Sun Voyager, Reykjavík Art Museum, the waterfront and Perlan.

Guests travelling by car also benefit from free parking, a valuable convenience in Reykjavík where much of the central street parking is paid.
