Great apartment in a great location. It had all the amenities needed (laundry, full kitchen) to live comfortably in Reykjavik.

The location of the property is great. The apartment was clean but still dust in the hidden corners. Overall it was a cute apartment with all the necessities and walking distance to most places in town.

It was in a very central location, very walkable to all the downtown, which was lovely. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. It was very quiet.

Beautiful apartment in a great area that made walking around the city easy. With a full kitchen and comfortable bed, you can’t go wrong with staying here.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views in an excellent location in Reykjavik. Although no parking is dedicated to the apartment, we had no issue finding nearby P3 parking for a modest fee. This apartment is very walkable to pretty much everything you’d need.

Very nice, clean, spacious, modern, bright apartment. Well appointed kitchen. Despite being closer to the waterfront there is no real view (unlike in the photos)—mine was of a parking lot with construction next door. Located on a quieter street just outside the main commercial sector but easily walkable. I had no issue finding street parking in front of the building. Grocery store conveniently located just around the corner.

Basic but provided the necessities. Very clean property. However the hotel did not have its own designated parking lot so it was a bit inconvenient.

It was a great location for us. Easy parking. Close to shops and stores. I wish the kitchen had a frying pan for eggs. Also, a broom would have been handy.

Very disappointed that the elevator was broken when we arrived and still not repaired when we left 2 days later, During our stay there were no indications that anyone was attempting to repair it, just out of order notes on the doors. Carrying suitcases up and down 4 flights of stairs was not fun. I think the parking options could have also been explained a bit better as well.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location, only 5 mins walk from the main city centre shops and nightlife. Dont be put off by lack of dedicated parking as you can park on the street easily and use an App to pay and if out and about site seeing most of the day like us then you pay very little as charges are from 9am to 9pm. We were a family of 5, plenty of space, spotless, cant fault it.

The location was walkable to everything. The apartment was spacious and clean. The check-in was good, but the place to enter a code was not obvious to me because I was looking for a keypad and it only appears once you first touch the unit. That should be added to the instructions.

Room had a lovely ocean view and it was very clean. There was enough bedding if anyone wanted additional blankets but there was no need. The room temperature was comfortable and at one point, we reduced the heat and opened the windows since the apartment was nice and toasty. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There was tea and coffee available to us. The location was perfect to walk around town. There were cafes close by as well as eateries and shops. I highly recommend.

We rented a 1 bedroom apartment for two adults and 2 kids. Kids were able to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Everything functioned well and we were able to cook meals and do laundry. However, from reading reviews we were expecting ocean view- we didn’t get that. Also, when we first checked in we received a unit that wasn’t ready. We had to wait 30 minutes to receive an apartment that was ready. Overall we enjoyed the stay and liked the location with easy access to downtown.

The room we booked clearly showed a balcony. Not only did we not get a balcony, we got a ground floor apartment on the path that visitors went by to a nearby entrance so that they could look through our window and glass door. It was more like a motel. I reached out to the property management about this when they sent an email to ask how everything was once we got there and heard nothing back. On top of this the sofa and bed were uncomfortable and the volume of the TV didn’t work. There were also no facial tissues in the container in the bathroom. We were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this accommodation to anyone
