Enjoy a big holiday in the charming Suffolk town of Southwold. Situated close to the pier and the beach, this property would be the perfect place for a family, their dogs and their grandparents. So grab your swimming costume, sun cream and get ready for an adventure.
As you walk through the house you’ll come across a lounge/dining area. This is a great spot to socialise and eat, and there are glass patio doors which lead to the garden. Next you’ll see a separate sitting room for quieter times, where you can plan your days or watch films. There’s a kitchen with a coffee machine, so you can have a tasty drink to start your morning off right. Continue upstairs to find the bedrooms and a family bathroom. There are three bedrooms: two king and a twin room with bunk beds. Each has been lovingly decorated and is wonderfully comfortable so you wake up well-rested and ready to enjoy your holiday. You’ll find a lovely garden with rattan furniture, a sheltered dining area and another small table and chairs, all in the gravel and shrubs which make the spot beautiful. During the summer months (May to September, inclusive) you can use a beach hut for an extra cost.
This property is in an incredible location, with a beach and pier about 200 metres away. Take some time to splash around, try water sports or enjoy old-school arcade games, then treat yourself to an ice cream. For incredible views, visit the Southwold Lighthouse (0.5 miles) or for a change of scenery, visit Covehithe Beach (5 miles).

- The property has a heating and water control unit that is on the kitchen counter. There is an instruction manual for it in the house information folder. Guests can adjust the temperature and the hot water to suit their needs.
- Travel cot, stairgate and highchair available
- Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix package. Luxury welcome pack.
- Pets are not allowed up the stairs. A stairgate is provided for guests to use
- Large garden with split level patios with garden furniture, BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. Please be aware that the patios are on different levels and care should be taken with children in the garden
- Private parking for 1 car - not suitable for larger vehicles. On-road parking available
- Child friendly with night downlighting on the landing, stairs and kitchen
- Secure bike storage
- Beach hut at North Beach, Southwold available from 1st May - 31st September at an additional cost of £225 pw – please request at time of booking - Beach bag with plates , cups , knives and forks.
