Please hang the parking permit from the rearview mirror at all times. The permit is inside the unit and must be returned there at check-out. The HOA monitors parking closely, and vehicles without a permit or parked in reserved or handicap spaces may be subject to enforcement. A $25 USD fee applies if the permit is not returned.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, parking, linens, and towels are included at no extra cost.
A starter supply of essentials is provided upon arrival (paper towels, dish soap and sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner). The kitchen also includes salt, pepper, and a small amount of coffee to get you started. These items are not replenished, so guests are responsible for restocking as needed.
The apartment is family-friendly. A Pack-n-Play is available upon request.
An elevator is available in the building, with access to the gym and upper-level units.
Outdoor common areas and corridors are monitored by security cameras for guest safety only.
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement after booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform (Not ABB). This temporary hold will be released after check-out if all terms are met.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Great central location. Close to BYU-I campus, food and shopping. Parking was adequate and the elevator was great since I don’t do stairs well these days. We would stay again.

Very cold!
The place was beautiful and perfect for our needs - except it was FREEZING! When we got there, the apartment was about 50 degrees. We turned the furnace up, but still no warmth after 2 hours. We tried to call and email the owners for help, but we got no response. We had to get heated blankets to make it through the night. makresponse.
