On the ground floor you will find:

- A double bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed.

- A bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The first floor consists of two sections:

The first includes:
- A bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed (no direct access to the outside, but a window opening onto the landing allows for natural ventilation).
- A bedroom with two 80 cm beds that can be joined together (no direct access to the outside, but a window opening onto the landing allows for natural ventilation).

- A bathroom with a shower and toilet for this first section.

The second module includes:
- A bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed
- A bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed
- A "family" bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed topped by a 90x200 cm single bed.

On the mezzanine, you will find a sleeping area with two 90x200 cm beds, books, and board games.

The games room, scheduled for summer 2024, will include a pool table, foosball, darts, and a ping-pong table. Parking is available for one vehicle in the courtyard, two vehicles in front of the house, and additional vehicles in the meadow in front of the house.
