Villa Verde Petra - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

Located in the peaceful village of Armenoi near Rethymno, Villa Verde
Petra is ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxed Cretan
setting.

The ground floor has a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen
area with fireplace and access to a covered veranda. There is also a
guest WC with laundry area. A spacious twin bedroom with an en-suite
walk-in shower (suitable for guests with mobility needs) and direct
outdoor access is located on this level. The entire ground floor is
step-free with wide entrances.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin). Both open
onto a large shared veranda, and one also has a private veranda. A
shared bathroom with bathtub and shower completes the floor.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with sun loungers and
umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area with dining space. A
large stone table under a mulberry tree is perfect for outdoor meals.
Private parking for two cars is available, and the outdoor areas are
also step-free.

A comfortable and welcoming villa, just a short drive from Rethymno and
the beautiful beaches of Crete.
