"Villa Archontiki Thea" is a traditional newly restored villa with all the luxurious amenities you need for a comfortable holiday in our beautiful island!Built on a hilltop in Archontiki village, this villa offers the most amazing views to the Aegean sea that will dream you away.It features 4 bedrooms,4 bathrooms,BBQ,gym,free WiFi,air-conditioning and a vast exterior area with a rooftop swimming pool with stunning views appealing to anyone seeking unique landscapes for his moments of relaxation!



This beautiful villa consists of three levels, recently restored with elegant and classy taste maintaining the initial traditional building style the locals used for their own properties.



As you enter the villa, on the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms with double beds, both with ensuite bathrooms and one of them also has a sauna inside! Both bedrooms have direct access to a plan terrace. In addition, if you are active and don’t want to neglect your healthy figure, just across the master bedroom, a special fitness space was made for you so you can work out anytime you like. Next to your gym stands a small fridge and laundry facilities such as washing machine and a tumble dryer.



On the first floor, in the common space you will find a living-dining area where a large dining table stands next to a fireplace and a flat satellite smart TV where you can enjoy your meals and watch your favorite TV channels or listen to music! Right next to that there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc.) and everything you need to prepare your meals. One more bedroom is found on the first floor along with a full bathroom with jacuzzi! Getting out in the balcony, there is the BBQ area and a large dining table where you can have your lunch or dinner with the most amazing views.



From the kitchen, you can reach the fourth bedroom that features a double bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, as well as a small kitchen so you can have everything you need close to you. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and nicely decorated so it can make your holidays comfortable either for families or group of friends!



The distinctive feature if villa Archontiki Thea is the exterior area on the third level with the unique rooftop swimming pool (1,20 m deep, size: 21sqm) for your refreshing moments offering the infinity effect of the beautiful natural surroundings!! For sure this breathtaking view will fly you away while you enjoy a glass of fine Cretan wine! A large dining table is set next to the pool offering you the ability to gather all together and enjoy special moments with friends or family. Additional space is made next to that to read a book or relax by the pool!

All guests are expected to check in after 15.00 and check out by 11.00. We are happy to arrange an early check in or a late check out if we know in advance and if next/previous guests' schedule allows us to arrange that.



Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.

While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.
