Fantastische locatie

Een erg mooi huis waar we mee (klein)kinderen een week waren. Ieder had desgewenst zijn eigen plekje, maar alles was erg mooi. Volledige keukenuitrusting en fraaie bbq buiten voor die avonden dat je niet uit eten gaat. De restaurants waren super met heerlijk eten. Veel beter dan op andere plekken in Griekenland. Top!! Enige opmerking geldt voor toegangsweg: die kan beter.

Familienurlaub in Rhetymno

Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhafter Außenanlage mit Pool und Whirlpool. Beheizung des Pools in dieser Jahreszeit sehr sinnvoll. Die Küche könnte etwas größer sein. Poolbillard und Tischtennis haben wir sehr gerne genutzt.

Fantastic family holiday in a great villa!

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Naya. 11 of us stayed in the villa for 11 days, and not once did we feel on top of each other as there is ample space. The villa itself was lovely, and you could tell most things had been considered, such as there being a children's play area inside. Whilst you could tell some things needed a bit of TLC, everything was in very good condition and you could also tell it had been looked after by Natassa, who was lovely! Location wise the villa was so close to 5 stars. It is the perfect distance to walk in and out of Rethymno comfortably, but be prepared for a good burn in your calves from the hills you have to get up to get to it. All in all, our family had a fantastic time, and the villa and team added to this, and there has already been talk of possibly booking it again next year. Thank you!

Nanny’s 60th birthday holiday

It was a perfect setup and well proportioned for our family of 10 with an added plus of a lift. The location was fantastic with panoramic views of the sea and the old town. Being elevated meant we often had a lovely cool breeze a welcome relief in the hot weather. The children old and young loved the pool, table tennis, pool table and jacuzzi. Communications were great and helpful when booking activities and trips to Baja Beach. Would highly recommend for larger families of all ages. We can’t thank the team enough Kind regards Sue

Amazing Vacation House

Just as described! Plenty of room for two families of 4. Absolutely loved all the restaurants and shops in old town which was a short walk or super quick 10 euro taxi ride. Our host was exceptional as well. About an hour to Heraklion where we did a sailing cruise which was amazing. And Knossos as well, highly recommend. Absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a dream vacation in Crete.

Familienurlaub mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern

Alles war wie beschrieben und das Haus und die Lage sind perfekt für einen Familienurlaub mit acht und mehr Personen. Die vielen Zimmer bieten den Kindern und Eltern die Möglichkeit sich auch zurückzuziehen/zu beschäftigen. Auch wenn das Haus bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und die Qualität unter den vielen Gästen etwas gelitten hat, würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

Absolutely perfect!!

The property was all and more than we could have wished for. Space, lots to do in the villa, excellent outdoor cooking facilities, beautiful pool and hot tub. There were 9 of us and it was just the perfect space to all be together. Close to Rethymno town. Old town is beautiful. Etouri and the owner were absolutely fantastic. Always attentive and happily booked transport or recommended restuarants etc.,. It was a 60th birthday celebration for me and one to cherish! Thank you all xx

Family holiday

Lovely property which was exactly as described. No complaints about anything from the initial booking to the checking out process. We loved the pool area and the villa was a great place to unwind. The town is lovely with many great places to eat. Overall a lovely villa.

Hard to beat

Villa description accurate but still Everything about this property went beyond our expectations. Communications before and during our stay were excellent. Property managers ensured every need was met. Layout and facilities were perfect for the needs of three generations of family. Car hire was useful for grocery shopping but taxis plentiful and otherwise little need to leave the villa! Our own chef was definitely ‘the icing on the cake’. Special holiday

Amazing villa for a 2 family holiday

The pictures of this villa looked amazing and the reality did not disappoint. The children loved the pool and the bbq area was great. There were also lots of separate spaces for groups to divide off. It was walkable to the beachfront for all but the littlest legs!

Fantastic holiday sad to leave

We stayed as a family celebrating two birthdays during our trip. Etouri’s communications before and throughout our stay were fantastic, they responded to all questions immediately. They arranged all our transfers to and from the airport and also gave great recommendations for restaurants and handled all the reservations. The villa was beautiful, had everything we needed and more. All rooms were spacious and the communal areas great for a family. The pool and the outdoor area was great, beautiful views and a great spot for watching the sunrise and sunset each day. There’s a supermarket at the bottom of the hill from the villa and we would spend the day around the pool and then walk down the hill to the many restaurants and bars in the evenings. The walk back to the villa was up a steep hill but fine for us and a good way to walk off dinner, however those less mobile would probably struggle, but there were plenty of taxis should you need them. We would not hesitate in returning, or booking another property which was managed through etouri in the future.

Ideal spot to get away but still be close to everything!

Lovely property with great facilities, nothing was too much trouble. The walk into town/beachfront isn't too far about 10 minutes where there are lots of bars, shops and restaurants, coming back uphill afterwards isn't fabulous :) but the off set is you have fantastic views by the pool and bedrooms. We would highly recommend

Excellent in every sense.The Villa was exceptional in every aspect.Fantastic setting overlooking the town below and the ocean.The photographs of the property do not do it justice.Our family numbered nine people who ages ranged from 4 to 70 and everybody had a great time.The concierge service with Etouri was first class with nothing being too much trouble.Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful holiday

We all had a great time in this lovely villa. It was all very clean, bedrooms were of a good size and beds very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked quite easily for our family group of nine. Outdoor area also very clean and tidy, pool and hot tub all beautifully maintained and we loved this area. We enjoyed cooking on the bbq and used the pizza oven, plenty of seating for us all. We all had a wonderful holiday

Fantastic villa and location

We stayed at the villa for 10 nights and it was fantastic! Location was great for walking to beach (10-15 min walk) or to old town (20min walk) and back as long as still light out and you have good shoes, (road is hill and has lots of loose gravel) . Walking home is uphill and would not recommend after dark only because it is a narrow road with curves and cars coming or going that may not see you. Beds comfy, whole house spotless, all hard surface flooring. The only downfall were the speakers in the media room were bad for those who wanted to watch movies but the tv speakers sufficed. The villa has 1 bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom on pool level. (Laundry, wet bar, workout and media room are all also on that level) Pool area is huge with comfy lounge chairs and views for miles! On entry level is kitchen, dining, powder room, family room with doors leading to huge patio, level 2 has 3 BRs (one king with ensuite) other 2 both with 2 twins and full bath to share. All have views/doors to outside patio or small balcony. Then on third floor is one more BR with king and ensuite (shower is separate from sink and toilet and all still connected to BR and a door to a large balcony. I say this just to give lay of house which was hard to figure out with listing. For heavy suitcases, there is an elevator that serves pool level, entry level and 2nd level but not top floor. Stairs worked great for us. Will absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

Perfect Home with Fantastic Views for Family Needing 5 Bedrooms in Rethymno

We needed a home in Rethymno with (5) five bedrooms for our immediate 3-generational family. The reviews for this location were helpful and helped us to choose Villa Naya for our (1) one week stay. First of all, the views are fantastic! We enjoyed eating outside a couple of times and watching the sunset. Also, the management company of the property were very responsive. We had help in getting anything that we needed. We were in Rethymno for our daughter's wedding at AgrecoFarms and had a couple of unique requests. Etouri associates were always quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful. We appreciate being able to stay in such a wonderful home. This was our first time in Crete, and we enjoyed Rethymno very much! We had about 80 wedding guests staying in different places in Rethymno from age 12 to 78, and all had fun - much to do for all different ages.

A wonderful Christmas:)

We had a fantastic time here with extended family over Christmas. The house was perfect for us - comfortable, beautiful views, easy walk into town and over to Old Town and the Fort and wonderful bakeries! Natassa is a lovely, warm host who was very helpful and bought us a big box of Christmas pastries. We were very pleased with everything :)

Incredible Villa, Amazing Hosts

Couldn’t have had a warmer welcome to the villa, the owner did everything they could to make our stay as good as it could have been; from giving us restaurant recommendations to a welcome hamper and even delivering an item we needed in person. The villa is incredible, 3 generations of my family shared a wonderful week together enjoying all the amenities the place offered. We would return in a heartbeat.
