Superschöne Villa mit tollem Ausblick und tollem Pool

Die Villa ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen Pool. In der Villa war alles sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einige schöne Überraschungen wurden uns gemacht, z.B. war der Kühlschrank bei Ankunft schon mit ein paar Lebensmitteln gefüllt und frisches Obst stand bereit.

Perfect Villa with incredible views

We absolutely loved the Villa. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The views were incredible and we had a wonderful 10 days exploring the area and chilling by the pool. Elena was very helpful and even brought us a delicious dinner one evening. The local area was fantastic-Kirianna is a charming village and Pigianos Kampos was brilliant with super restaurants and beaches. We particularly enjoyed Indigo Beach Bar, Akrogiali Taverna and Paraplous. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful villa. Thank you!

Perfect Holiday

We had the perfect holiday at Villa Katifes. We stayed with three young children. The house was spotless, the pool was brilliant and the host was amazing. The location was great. We couldn’t fault the place. Elena regularly checked in and was on hand to answer any questions. She even dropped round delicious homemade treats. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Crete was a beautiful place.

House made the difference

Beautiful house, well equipped and kitted up with good taste. Modern, it is a recent build, and fully furnished with a great Patio and outside swimming pool, perfectly maintained. Elena, the property owner, is a sweetheart and she would satisfy any requests. Not impressed by Crete, if it were not for the beautiful beaches, but the house made the difference and contributed massively to make our holiday special.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten (4 Erwachsene) eine tolle Zeit in der Villa! Schönes Haus, tolle Aussicht und angenehm ruhig. Durch Elena und Ihren Mann hatten wir eine gute Betreuung vor Ort und es fehlte an nichts. Elena ließ es sich nicht nehmen, auch mal hier und da ein Präsent vorbei zu bringen. Danke für die schöne Zeit :-)

Fantastic Villa

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The pool area and outside sitting areas are excellent. The location is so peaceful and quiet and you can see the sea from the villa. The villa was extremely clean and Elena was amazing. She is very knowledgable about the area and was able to answer all our questions. She even made us a Greek dinner one evening which was so kind and thoughtful. The villa is a short drive to the beach and there are some interesting sights very close to the villa. We would recommend this villa to anyone and would stay here again if we return to Crete.

The best family holiday yet!

My wife and x2 sons (both under 10 years of age) have had the best family holiday yet at. Everything about the Villa is perfect for a family holiday. The villas facilities are kept to the highest standards throughout, the spaces in the Villa are perfectly conducive for the ultimate family holiday. The location is also fantastic - it’s close enough to lots of activities and restaurants to provide a sociable experience and in the same breath it’s far enough away from the busier areas you can really enjoy some quality (quiet) family time, should you so wish. What really stood out for us was the customer service provided on all fronts. Manos (Property Manager) is an absolute joy to work with building up to the visit - always responded promptly with the exact information needed, in a very polite and informative manor. Elena (Property Owner) is so friendly and welcoming - she stayed in touch with us throughout our stay- to make sure we were happy and we had everything we needed - even dropping off some family food/gifts on multiple occasions. Such a lovely experience by really good/decent human beings who care about your holiday being as good as it possibly can be. We couldn’t recommend the Villa and amazing people involved highly enough - we certainly will be revisiting again in the future.

Traumurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich ein Traum! Wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche und ein traumhafter Außenbereich mit tollem Pool. Elena und ihr Mann sind sehr gastfreundlich. Anreise- und Abreise waren super unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Traumhaus mit ganz tollen Gastgebern

Wir waren Ende Mai 2022 für zwei Wochen in der Villa! Einen besseren Ort hätten wir für unseren Aufenthalt auf Kreta nicht aussuchen können. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist ganz besonders, insbesondere bei Sonnenuntergang. Die Gastgeber Elena und Stelios waren herausragende Gastgeber und haben und bei allen Anliegen unterstützt. Wer eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit auf Kreta verbringen will ist hier genau richtig!

Es war alles traumhaft, blitzblank sauber und die Unterstützung von Elena und ihrem Mann war einfach super. Als wir angekommen sind, war der Kühlschrank schon mit allen möglichen Leckereien gefüllt. Auch Wein und Raki haben wir bekommen. Aber das Wichtigste ist die absolute Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber, wir waren rundum zufrieden und können diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Hier würden wir wieder herkommen

Die Fotos geben das Haus gut wieder. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber gerade in Corona-Zeiten damit auch sicher, genau was wir wollten. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr hilfreich und aktiv. Man fühlt sich wirklich klasse betreut.

Traumhaft schön!

Wir verbrachten zu viert (2 Erwachsene+2 Jugendliche 19 J ) 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dieser traumhaft schönen Villa. Wir wurden von der hochschwangeren Elena ( Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Baby ! ) sehr freundlich empfangen und es stand auch ein Willkommenspaket mit vielen Leckereien bereit. Die Villa sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war ausreichend groß und wurde täglich von Elenas Mann gereinigt. Poolhandtücher werden auch gestellt. Die Klimaanlagen waren so leise und angenehm. Der Blick vom Pool , der Terasse und den oberen Balkonen aus, ist traumhaft schön. Wir konnten auch sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist etwas klein und hat nur eine Bodendusche, ist aber vollkommen ausreichend. Es gibt ja auch noch das obere Bad. Die Villa wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir haben die Reinigung ( mit Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche ) nur zweimal in Anspruch genommen, es wäre aber häufiger möglich gewesen. Wir standen über Whatsapp in regelmäßigem Kontakt mit Elena, die immer für uns da war. Wir bekamen zwischendurch ein paar griechische Leckereien und einen Abend ein schmackhaftes hausgemachtes Gericht ! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. In der Nähe gibt es 2-3 Tavernen. Unsere Lieblingstaverne wurde "The Leaky Cauldron" und "Hovoli". Nach Rethymnon sind es ungefähr 20 Minuten , dann aber bis in die Altstadt hinein auf den Parkplatz, der sehr preiswert ist. An den Strand sind es ungefähr 10 Minuten. Wir waren sehr gerne in dem Strandlokal " Roulis ". Dort gibt es auch Liegen am Strand und leckeres Essen. In dieser Gegend findet man auch viele Lokale, Geschäfte und Supermärkte. In Rethymnon möchte ich noch ein tolles Frühstücks - Brunch - Restaurant namens "Koo Koo" empfehlen. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl in der Villa Katifes gefühlt und auch der Kontakt vorher mit Manos und die Abwicklung der organisatorischen Dinge lief ohne Probleme. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
