These rooms are tastefully decorated and provide ample storage space. A shared bathroom with a bathtub completes this level.



The middle ground floor serves as the villa’s central living and dining area. The spacious living room is furnished with a plush L-shaped sofa, a coffee table and a 55-inch Smart TV. Sliding doors lead to a balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with outdoor seating for enjoying the serene surroundings.The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a large table that comfortably seats 8 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and filtered coffee maker. A stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on this floor.



The first floor houses four elegant bedrooms, providing a private retreat for all guests. Two of these bedrooms feature double beds and share a balcony with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Each room is equipped with ample storage and blackout curtains for restful nights.A shared bathroom with a luxurious bathtub serves these two rooms. The master bedroom on this floor boasts a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering privacy and comfort.
