We've had a wonderful stay at Christina Villa III. the house is great, the garden and pool are super. We are a family of 6 and we all had a great time in this large home.The owner is very friendly and on the day we arrived, there was fresh fruit, water in the fridge and a raki for a warm welcome.The property is well taken care of.(maybe good to inform new guests that in the attic there's a storage and that goes with some disturbance) We would suggest this property to anyone. Beautiful!

Jättefint hus men trist område

Vi fick ett bra välkomnande, huset och poolen var toppen men tyvärr var läget inte så kul tyckte vi. Fick bra tips på restauranger i Rethymno av värden och vi hade bil så kunde ta oss runt. Testade många olika stränder och även andra utflykter i området. Tavernan i byn var prisvärd och trevlig. Och det fanns mataffär och bageri inom 2 km.

Excellent Villa

Villa was perfect, ive been booking villas for 25 years now and this was the cleanest ive ever come across. On site representatives were extremely helpful with even the smallest request for information. Pool a little chilly but it was October, same depth throughout so watch the kids. All in all cannot fault the locality restaurants still open however some were on the verge of closing for the season. You will need a car if you want to move out of the village, however good bus service is available locally. But back to the villa, well equipped, aircon in all rooms, clean and everything you require. ON SITE

CAN'T FAULT AT ALL!

BEAUTIFUL VILLA, SPACIOUS, SPOTLESS, GREAT POOL, AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED. VERY QUIET AREA, AND THE VILLA IS SO COMFORTABLE IT WAS A SUPERB HOLIDAY. NO FAULTS WHATSOEVER. EVEN A FEW TAVERNAS AND BEACH 10 MINUTES WALK AWAY ! BEST WE'VE BEEN TO.

Fantastic family villa in quiet location

We chose Villa Cristina III for our family holiday, as it was big enough to give our 17-20 year old kids enough space. Having a wonderful pool, under cover grill area, outdoor eating and air conditioning throughout, enabled us to flex with activities and the heat. Located walking distance to local beaches and shops but with easy access to the main road enabling easy access to other beaches and tourist spots. Hire car recommended to maximise enjoyment but the bus route 20 runs to the centre of Rhythmno and is very regular and economic. Hosts are attentive and helpful. Enjoy the wonderful villa. It’s as good as it looks.

Alles top bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten

Hervorragende Location, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, super Küche, ungewöhnlich sauber durch regelmäßige Zwischenreinigung seitens der Vermieter. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Das Barbecue ist auf den ersten Blick super einladend - allerdings ist der Rost sehr verrostet und keinerlei (!) Zubehör vorhanden (keine Kohlenzange, Kohlenschaufel o.ä.) - also nett anzusehen, für uns aber leider nicht nutzbar, obwohl wir das gleich zu Beginn dem Vermieter sagten, und natürlich Verbrauchsmaterial wie Grillanzünder und Kohlen selbst gekauft hätten. Wer wirklich grillen möchte, sollte das Haus also eher nicht buchen. In der Küche war keinerlei (!) Grundlebensmittel vorhanden, was wir üblicherweise in Ferienhäusern oder -wohnungen vorfinden: Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Alufolie o.ä., Öl, Essig etc. etc., geschweige denn irgendwelche Gewürze - heißt, man muss alles selbst kaufen, auch wenn man zum Kochen für zwei Wochen nur Kleinstmengen verbrauchen kann. Aber das ist in Griechenland vielleicht so, wissen wir nicht. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir eine Grundaussstattung in Kleinstmengen mitbringen. Also einige zunächst ärgerliche Kleinigkeiten, ingesamt aber top.

Excellent stay at Villa Christina

Everything about the trip was great. Check in very easy and the property was recently refurbished so was even better than what was displayed in the photos. The villa was really clean and well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Overall I would give the property 5 stars and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Crete.

Villa absolument parfaite, spacieuse, lumineuse, belle piscine . Propreté et entretien remarquables. Communication excellente. Seul bémol, une literie inconfortable, c'est vraiment dommage car le niveau de prestation est vraiment élevé.

Perfect Get Away

The Villa was spacious and very clean. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The host were very welcoming and when there was an issue it was resolve very quickly. The pool area was cleaned every day. What more could you ask for. There were shops and Taverns nearby which made life very easy. Just want to say a big thank you to hosts for making our stay brilliant.

Erstklassige Unterkunft

Die Villa liegt an den Berghängen, trotzdem ist es nicht weit zum Strand. Erstklassiger Pool, tolles hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus mit schöner grosser Terrasse. Pool und Garten werden täglich gepflegt. Kosta empfing uns sehr freundlich. Er war immer erreichbar und hielt sich trotzdem angenehm im Hintergrund. Sehr schöner Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wunderschöner Mädelsurlaub

Die Villa ist wunderschön. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Handtücher Vorort. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Küche ist auch super ausgestattet. Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen. Zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten zum Strand, auch kleine Einkaufsmärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Danke für diese tolle Unterkunft.

Great time for all!

Great property with everything you could wish for. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful - villa was thoroughly cleaned every few days. Outdoor facilities excellent with a brick bbq and a good sized pool.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped villa

We had a wonderful stay, Mr & Mrs Costas were brilliant hosts and made us feel very welcome. I have never stayed in such a clean villa, it was cleaned twice during our stay with clean bedding and towels and the outside area including the pool area was cleaned early nearly every morning. Really lovely place to stay.

Mooie, ruime, goed ingerichte woning, met groot terras en zwembad.

We (2 bevriende stellen) hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit prachtige huis voor 7 personen. Er waren 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, een grote living met ruime keuken, een groot terras met een trap naar het zwembad. Het huis was goed ingericht en superschoon. De beheerder, Kostas, woont met zijn gezin in het huis aan de overkant. Hij en zijn ouders en 2 broers hebben een familiebedrijf en iedereen werkt mee om de huizen die zij verhuren goed te onderhouden. Het huis was superschoon, er werd om de 4 dagen schoongemaakt, ook het zwembad, terras etc. Ontzettend aardige mensen. Als er iets was, werd dat meteen verholpen. Het strand, de restaurants en supermarkt zijn op loopafstand. En de stad Rethimnon ligt 10 km verderop. Kortom, een aanrader!

Had a great stay lovely pool and villa all very clean and short distance to the sea. Only negative was the beds and pillows are very hard. Also not toddler proof a gate on the high terrace would solve that

Lovely villa, extremely clean, well maintained and well equipped

Had a fantastic experience from initial enquiry to booking then our holiday it’s self. The villa was nicely located with a handful of good tavernas and shops including a bakery within walking distance. Also within walking distance was a couple of small beaches and the bus stop which had a very good, regular service into the town. The villa itself was extremely clean and serviced regularly by the lovely family. Well equipped with everything you needed, fantastic bbq area and good sized pool. Had a fabulous family holiday and would definitely recommend. Thank you

Lovely property, had everything we needed.

Great villa with a fabulous pool. We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday at the villa and had a brilliant time. Very clean and well equipped our children loved the pool and so did we. Would recommend the villa for a great family holiday.

Beautiful Villa, everything fine!

We (family with kids) enjoyed our stay very much. The house is on a high standard and the owner Costas, who lives next to it, was very attentive and available for any queries when needed. There were two drawbacks: In every room there are rather bright night-lights installed which cannot be turned off - so if you are used to sleep in a completely dark room, it takes a little getting used to it. The cleaning (which is very thorough, basically resetting the house to zero) is only possible at 09 am, so no chance to sleep in at cleaning days - we ended up skipping the cleaning 2 of 3 times and liked it better that way.

This is a beautiful Villa in sfakaki and was enjoyed by myself and my husband and our friends

We stayed in Villa Christina lll and made the most of the space and privacy it had to offer. The pool made this even better and although a little cold it was a fantastic to place to cool off in the lovely climate in Crete. It is a few minutes walk to a couple of local shops and few tavernas which were all good places to eat. There is a bus every 30mins to the busy town of Rethymno which approximately 25mins away. There are more supermarkets in that area if you are planning to eat in. We found the rep Valia for Owners direct really helpful and the owner Costas, of the villas was very attentive and available for any queries when needed. The villa, the garden & pool was cleaned regularly to a high standard. Overall we all had a wonderful time, thank you. Jenny.
